Chris would actually love Jamaica. Male homosexuality is openly despised and those that break the law are often attacked by mobs, or if they're lucky to not be killed, sentenced to up to ten years of hard labor. Conversely, female homosexuality is completely legal to the extent that you won't be going to a labor camp over it.

Universally, I think, Chris is relatively silver-spooned. Many people in America are.

Anyway, I think Chris would be the poster boy to rile up hate for America. He's fat, lazy, gets money for nothing, and eats a lot of McDonalds and if that isn't the stereotypical way 3rd world countries supposedly see the US I don't know what is. I'm sure most have never heard of him, though. He's arguably the most famous lolcow ever but he's still fairly obscure.

I agree, Chris is everything wrong with America. He doesn't understand cultures or countries other than his own, and if he does, he almost certainly has a Saturday morning cartoon understanding of what other countries are like. Heaven forbid he actually talk to someone who is not like him or go to another country (even just spending some time in Canada would be eye opening for Chris, which is probably the only country he could go to on his budget).
Of course, Chris couldn't even locate other countries on a map. He probably thinks Canada is somewhere in Europe like he did with Korea.

I've lived in some "third world" conditions, before. From most of my personal low points, I would have looked up at Chris, and marveled at the decadence he squanders. Here's a defective sub-human that's somehow allowed to live comfortably, through the graces of others. In many other parts of the world, he would have been abandoned - probably even worse. Personally, I'd be too busy thinking about how his opportunities cold have benefited me (there have been times I would give anything for a dry place to sleep). Lots of people have had shittier lives, whose first thought would be how he defies the axiom "niggo don't work, niggo don't eat." Maybe a few people might derive some half-baked opinion of a society that would permit him to live, but that's probably secondary to them wishing they could eat multiple meals a day just like him.
As far as how Christian Weston Chandler represents a population... If I may indulge in a slight aside...
The impression a lot of US and Canadian people seem to harbor, of other nation's impression of them, is grossly blown out of proportion. The sentiment of "MURICANS" being ignorant fat slobs is mostly held by a vocal minority of jingoistic assholes from other first world nations which offer them more free time than responsibilities. These same assholes would perpetuate that crap about any group of people that aren't them, including other populations in their own nation. I have my suspicions that much of it is actually perpetuated by self-loathing North Americans, or North Americans with an axe to grind with another segment of their varied population.
I've worked and temporarily lived in multiple nations, on five continents, and dated most of the racial spectrum of the Burger King Kid's Club characters. Outside of the elite "first world nations," most people's world views are limited to walking distance, and ridiculous shit some pissed off elder told them (which they routinely chose to ignore except a few times a year when their relatives or gods are watching them)... Actually, not too unlike the very narrow world view Chris has, only his is further mutated by his complete lack of empathy or comprehension above that of a barnyard animal. Most "ordinary" laborers - even those indoctrinated to hate all modern culture - I've encountered have very vague impressions of North American culture, but are themselves too labored, subjugated, or ignorant to put much thought into it. Maybe besides once every few years, they generally don't give a shit, because other countries are practically alien to them.
Tl;dr, Most of the world sucks. A majority of people have too much shit on their plates, to worry about the shit on everyone elses' plates, or have no practical means to even glimpse at the lifestyles of those outside a few mile radius. The "majority" opinion most of the internet shits their pants about, is really just a whiny bitch-ass minority crying at the top of their lungs.

When I told them that he has a car and can drive my compatriots drop any sympathy they may had for him. "Then he is not that bad so he cant get a job" Is what Im usually told. :x

I agree with GFYS. Most people in poor countries are more concerned with where their next meal will come from and if they'll have a safe place to sleep at night than what an autistic manchild in the US is doing.

As a upper-middle class Brazillian, my country is rather Americanized. Lazy slobs like him are not too uncommon where I live. But this is primarly in the region (which is really urbanized, but there are pockets of rural areas around) that I live in, there are other regions of the country that can be considered third world and its populations would frown on Chris' lifestyle, especially rural workers on the Northeast of the country or the "ribeirinhos" up North.
