I see it twice, probably because you inserted it 2 times (as thumbnail & as a full image); if you forgot to insert it, it would be instead as an attachment at the end of your post as if you uploaded another file, but that's not the case.

So in essence, you clicked it one time, nothing showed up because it was still loading, then you panicked and clicked the other insertion method, attaching it 2 times total.

Either that or this is a funny joke.

If you edit your post you see it three times, one shows up in the attachment list, one is the thumbnail, one is the full size. In your post, you only inserted the full size.
