I am not mad about my troon dad, I am mad about how incompentantly this whole situation was handled, now that I expressed that yes it is the funniest moment in christory.
 
Chris and Barb did everything they could to burn all bridges with family and their community. While yes after Bob’s death one can argue someone should have helped but neither wanted actual help and just demanded gibs like the white trash they are. Bob did what he could to set them up for success after his death and they pissed it away.

Chris is awful to try and actually help and Barb was an emotional abusive and unlike able cunt to her family for decades. There was never a chance of the family coming to help since neither of them wanted actual help.

In the end the only one who tried was fucking Null of all people and look at where that got him.

I know I am just mati, I think part of it too was shame because who wouldn't be ashamed to have a public menance like chris as a relative?

Why do you think all of his family members cut ties with them? Even Bob wasn't above burning his own bridges when it came to family. Shit, only his son came to his funeral out of his whole family.

You can be mad all you want, it doesn't change the fact that the Chandlers pretty much fucked themselves over with how they acted.

How do you know that Chandlers were NOT offered services? I heard in the doc that Chris DID have speech, so I would assume he had an IEP (Individualized Education Plan).
This depends state by state but in most cases you do not get speech without a full evaluation being done.
So I wish people like above mentioned would get informed.

To be fair, I think he would have had to pay extra to get the corpse back from the home. You take one look at old boy and just *know* he’s taking that body home to rig it up as an elaborate puppet for checkers and fucking.
 
It wasn't unavoidable insofar as both Chris and Barb burned their bridges with their families. You can't forcibly commit Chris short of him presenting a credible threat to himself or others... and apparently macing someone over cartoons wasn't suffucient. And if Barb chose to live with him while she was still lucid, that wasn't in anyone's control either. Nobody cared about either of them, and while that in no way makes what Chris did anyone else's fault but his own, it created a situation where two adults who legally were not deemed dangerous or incompetent could live together and foster this situation.
 
Generally speaking it’s not a good idea to get too upset over things here. We’ve all been guilty of it, but usually we don’t post walls of text about it and we realize it was a dumb thing to do and move on. I highly suggest you do the same. Or don’t. If you want to make a fool of yourself I won’t stop you.
