Nobody on Kiwifarms has been arrested, charged or convicted of anything related to their activity here either. Doesn't stop you drawing idiotic conclusions about the users of this forum. You are arguing in deliberate bad faith.

Elliot has done much more than "deny them", incidentally. He has waged a crusade across the internet to censor the fact he admitted to raping someone, pulling in favours, threatening and blackmailing people, including harassing and threatening the families of employees of ISPs and other providers, because he is desperate to cover up the crime that he committed and admitted to. He has committed a string of crimes and torts, and admitted to most of them. If Null had the money to sue him there's a case to answer for defamation, tortious interference, and more. But if you think that having someone so powerful and well-connected convicted of rape, extortion, harassment or any of his other crimes, or losing a civil case, is likely, then that is naive to the point of again being in bad faith. The powerful and influential have always been above the law. As a "leftist" you know that.

Sure, mistakes happen. But only in exceedingly rare circumstances will I undo a negrate. If you would like to issue an appeal, shoot me a private message explaining what I got wrong. I tend to respond to such requests by posting them back onto the thread for everyone else to laugh at. Do note, however, that over 99.9% of negrate appeals simply draw more mockery, and yours is likely no exception.

Accept the negrate and move on. But learn from this mistake: your behavior will be mocked on the Kiwi Farms. I will continue to issue negrates until you improve your conduct. Remember: Reddit is privilege, that you can always go back to.
