Because as hilarious as that is (and it is fucking hilarious), just imagine Solid telling every officer he can get to listen to him all about how Ulfric Stormcloak slandered his dead granddad.

Here's how I'd imagine it'd go down:

Officer: "So you're saying these people are slandering your dead relative because they 'claimed' that you have sexual relations with Bart Simpson?"
Solid: "YES! I WANT YOU TO ARREST THEM! ESPECIALLY THAT EVIL WEEGEE!"
*Officer looks up thread, finds pictures proving Solid's Bart fetish and posts trying to defend it*
Officer: "Sorry sir, while I don't entirely agree with how they handle it, they do make a valid point."
Solid: "THEN YOU'RE NO BETTER THAN THEY ARE! I HOPE YOU GET FIRED!"
Officer: "One more thing... we need to see your computer."
