Thoughts on loli shit? - If this is the wrong topic move it

Do actual children gets hurt from pedo fapping to loli hentais? No.

Are you still a fucking degenerate that shouldnt be near kids? Yes.

The only tolerance youll get from me, is not getting fucking curbstomped american history X style.

As for outlawing/banning the art itself. Even if i fucking hate pedos, im a libertarian at heart so im fine with it existing as technically no child is harmed. There is a whole debate to be had on if pedo consuming loli stuff would reduce or increase their urge to harm a child. I personally think loli "enthusiast" arent the normals pedo which is im fine tolerating them but that shit should still be shunned and shamed.

1. The fuck you doin’ here man?
2. I don’t think drawings or even 3D models should be banned because, barring that one guy who traced over actual CP, there isn’t a victim that is made form lines on a page. Now, this only applies to fictional children, Shadman for example took it too far and I think there could be a decent legal case built against him if one of the estates(?) wanted to press charges, but that’s a different discussion for a different day.
However, if you look at and enjoy loli, that’s a bit of a red flag. If I found loli on someone’s computer, I would be worried. But that doesn’t mean that it should be illegal to have a drawing of someone who isn’t real, and I don’t think that would solve anyone’s issues anyways.
on top of what you already said, allowing any art to be made illegal opens the door to the government pushing that line further and further. art is too open to interpretation for any of it to be safe once one type is banned.

this is something that i think should be looked into/studied more (though there's difficulty in doing so ethically i'm sure). the statistics we have do show correlation between more access to porn and lower rates of sexual violence/crime, but it's not a proven causation and it's difficult to say if that applies to all sexual crimes. unfortunately given the stigma against pedos (which is warranted up to a point), it's likely not the kind of research people would be likely to be open to supporting.

personally the idea of loli leading to someone being more likely to lead to someone looking at cp or harming a child kind of feels like the "weed is a gateway drug" argument to me. at the very least i doubt it's true for everyone who gets off to loli, especially since anyone who has the ability to separate fiction from reality can enjoy certain fantasies without ever wanting to act on/carry them out in real life.

so already existing child porn shouldn't be outlawed then?
That caused harm to a child and it floating around could cause further harm to the victim. There's really no comparison to drawings of fictional characters.

I think I see your point, though. What about drawings that "happen" to look like real kids?

I just said that since he was trying to brush off the fact that lolicons are pedophiles. I personally believe it should be outlawed but I can see the rational counter argument to that, problem is that a lot of people who defend it willfully dodge the reality of those that consume it in the attempt to defend it's existence

Degenerate filth. I don't really care if it's illegal or not because the root issue is the pedos themselves, and our 'humane' legal systems won't cull the pedos despite them being irreparably broken and dangerous to society at large, so the only way of effectively dealing with the pedo problem is through street vigilantism.
