Like, if a woman on the street is rude to you, you wouldn't want to take revenge by stalking her home to beat her 8 year old son up to the ground.

revenge is a basic human need in the smaller societies to which our brains are well-adapted. People will tell you to serve it cold but I think that traditional wisdom is bullshit. I argue that revenge is best served hotter than the sun.
