Memology checks his Discord maybe 1 minute out of every year.
Most of Memology's time is spent making videos for Youtube or browsing Twitter looking for stories to turn into Youtube videos.
I don't fault Memology, he lives in a third world country and his ad bucks have made it so he can actually buy a solid house that won't get swept away by floods.
I'm certain if he saw the faggotry that has consumed his server, he'd be appalled.

This is Herbie Hopps, a 24 year old furry who is under the delusion that he works for the government because he was an essential employee during the early days of coof. He has a long list of traffic violations because he gets assmad while he delivers for doordash or whatever app he works for and tries to run people off the road. He was a fan of zootopia but quit it because, according to him, the other fans bullied him out of the fandom. Usually things like aptitude tests aren't considered discriminatory even if they do have a disparate impact on certain populations, e.g. the case where black police applicants sued over an IQ test for disparate impact but were told to take a hike. Washington v. Davis, 426 U.S. 229 (1976).
However, even that required some nexus between the test and the job performance related to it.

Regardless of what case he had, the court granted Wal-Mart summary judgment and he appears to have taken the lawsuit all the way to SCOTUS (see: David Anthony Stebbins, Petitioner v. Wal-Mart Stores Arkansas, LLC, aka Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.) where it was denied certiorari. Though this was back in 2011.
