Three children are to be placed for adoption after social workers raised concern about their parents' 'open relationship' may have contributed to neglect.

Their father chose to see other women and their mother, who 'frequented' dating site Plenty Of Fish, had relationships with men she met through the internet, a family court judge was told.

Judge Elizabeth Williscroft said the couple continued their 'dysfunctional relationship' while living in the same house.
Detail of the case has emerged in a written ruling by Judge Williscroft following a private family court hearing.

The judge, who is based in Wolverhampton, said the children were all under five and could not be identified.

She said social services bosses at Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council had asked her to make decisions about the children's future.

Social services staff had described the couple's relationship as 'open', although the couple had disputed the description.

But the judge said the man had chosen to see other women and 'complete strangers' had visited the house to have sex with the woman.

'Father plainly chose to see other women,' said Judge Williscroft in her ruling.
'Mother has stated her relationships with men on the internet began as a result - whatever the cause they were seriously risky.'

The judge added: 'It is plain some complete strangers have visited her house while the children were there to have sex with her.'

She went on: 'They both continued their dysfunctional relationship living in the same home ... all of this must have been confusing for the children.'

Social workers said the couple had also found it hard to supervise their children and Judge Williscroft added: 'Mother was observed parenting 'from the sofa' and relying on others to keep the children safe from hazards.'

The couple claims the marriage wasn't open. Yet the husband was being cucked under his own roof with guys the wife met online and the husband was banging women left and right. These strange men from the internet were being invited over for sex while the children were home. The wife started this because her husband was having sex with other women.

Anything could have happened. She could have invited a pedo over.

The parents had stayed together but kept banging other people in and outside of the home. The children were confused and they were barely being parented.

Hope they can have a better life now.

Every time I run across someone who claims their kids were "kidnapped" by CPS, it turns out they didn't mention their oxy, meth or animal hoarding/condemned building habit.

Did you ever hear the story when you were a child about a little girl or boy who got snatched up from the grocery store by a kidnapper, and they took them into a back room in the store and shaved their head so the parents wouldn't recognize them? Everybody I grew up with said their parents told them that story, mine included.

It was doubly scary, because not only do you get kidnapped, but you also got a shitty buzz cut.

Oh, mine was at JC Penney's, and they cut hair AND changed clothes. And they always get caught at the door or in the parking lot, right?

That's the one! lol. Yeah it varied but it was always either a grocery store or a department store. I remember something else about it too, sometimes the story went that the kidnapper would dress a little boy up like a girl and put a wig on him, and vice versa for girls, in order to fool the parents and the cops who would be looking for a lost boy/girl. So devious!
