I mean:

The two are permanently prohibited from communicating with each other by use of vulgar, profane or indecent language, threatening each other by phone or text, threatening either party’s employment in an manner, calling the other’s work anonymously at an unreasonable hour or causing “bodily injury to either party or to a child of either party.”

The court ordered Tila and her ex to not withdraw their kid from school, hid the kid from the other or make nasty comments about each other in front of Isabella.

Thomas was ordered to pay $217 a month in child support. They both have to pay expenses relating to health care. The documents note Tila is currently has her daughter on Medicaid.

It sounds like both of them are crazy and both of them are broke. It also says that Tila lives with her parents and they assist in childcare, which hopefully means that there's at least one non-insane caregiver in the kid's life when she's with Tila.
