Casey was diabetic. Tila kept telling her that she didn’t need her medication, it was poison, she could manage without it...then fucked off to Texas for a couple of weeks, leaving Casey off medication and in squalor. She died of complications from unmediated diabetes, her body laying undiscovered for up to 7 days in a rat infested house with no running water or electricity. Tila was very vocal about getting Casey off her diabetic medications before she died, demanding praise for ‘curing’ her ‘fiancée’ of her ‘poisonous drugs.’

Casey’s sister and Nikki Hilton showed up at the house after her death to remove Caseys dogs, personal effects and paperwork for Casey’s adopted daughter. They found all her diabetic syringes and medication untouched. Tila was very publically squating in her former ‘fiancée’s’ house, had TMZ outside 24/7 whilst she posed for photos, and droned on about how she was going to get custody of the daughter, the dogs had been stolen and the family was going to kill them to bury with Casey, she was nightmarish for the Johnson family.

It's because he had served his role in that TV show. Fact is, that most of the people that wind up making it close to the end are chosen by the producers and not the star of the show. They're basing this on several factors like how popular the person is and what kind of drama they're generating. The more drama and the more people talk about them on social media the longer they're going to stay on the show. Why do you think Richard was the first person to win Survivor? It was because of the drama he generated. It's not because the people on the island liked him or preferred him over the others.
