He suffered a fall according to one of his earlier tweets but it was quite the nasty looking wound: not nasty as in large, but visually, as if it was infected or cancerous.

He's been in there for ages, fuck knows what kind of fall it was but he mustn't be in good health with so much medication and a zimmer frame.

It must of been a serious fall because going through all his Tweets he has nerve damage in his left arm and his legs are fucked.

He's been doing arm exercises with his left arm but in one of his Tweets he showed a physiotherapy sheet with leg exercises. He's obviously been in bed for a very long time and has/had a walker.

He has a lot of Tweets about "the chair" which I suspect they make him sit in for physio and its probably painful.

I suspected he'd been hit by a car or something because injuries seem pretty severe.

You know more than I; I barely keep up with Tim now.

A car would do that. Perhaps a tumble down the stairs? Sounds like something caused through lack of balance; a heart condition maybe? I knew a chap who suffered similar injuries following strokes.

I just went through all his Tweets. He doesn't seem to mention what happened to him but he's pretty fucked up.

Yeah as sad as it is, it makes sense. He really didn't need to be wasting space/money in a hospital. Although no doubt the care home fees are astronomical and the taxpayer will be funding that.

Hes transitioned his hourly updates to the care home edition. His meals, TV show choices and teeth brushing will now be documented.

Didn't he call 999 the moment he returned to his flat some months ago?

Wouldn't put it past him to cause injury or mishap on purpose, he clearly hated going home!
