Humidity sucks but you can easily adjust. When I landed in Okinawa in July I was quickly sent to the Phillipines and had to slave away in the heat and Humidity. I dealt with it since I'm not a child
Drone striking Soleimani doesn't count as a full scale war.

Also North/South Korea summit meeting.

The annoying part isn't that he said it, but that he keeps insisting on it in every. video.
Yeah. He's been talking about it for a while including when things were relatively normal. Trump just caused the establishment to shit themselves.

What a salty little cunt. Is he that fragile- I answered my own question he is, damn Tim try living and working in Kazakstan, that heat is intense and dry to top it off, but I went out every day to walk to work. I remember loving the rain in Florida as a kid, so humid then you get those massive downpours, good times, good times.

Lets be honest, he already is the meme. And don't forget to smash the like button and injest a fuck ton of keto from my long time sponsor.
The funniest thing about the keto thing to be is the day before he got COVID I remember him going on a long angry rant about how awesome keto is and how healthy he is. He shat on his guest for eating grains and everything. Next day he is off with COVID for like a week.

Holy shit Tim seemed legit pissy there. You'd think he'd be used to the beanie jokes by now but guess it still makes him insecure.

I legitimately hate keto diet shit. It’s nothing but a repackaged Atkins diet. Keto works because it is an exclusionary diet. A single serving bag of chips will be about 160 calories. A single 4 oz chicken breast is about 120 calories. Meats provide much more satiety and less calories than carb-heavy foods. That’s the trick. You’re eating meals that fill you up, but your total caloric intake for that meal will be less than if you also had fries and bread and a soda.

If you eat an excessive caloric intake from meat, you won’t lose weight. It’s not as fancy as adhering to a special diet plan, but calories in, calories out is how it works and is the best way to lose weight. I’ve dropped nearly 30 lbs over the past 4 months and shed just over 3 inches off my waist by simply eating a balanced diet with a caloric deficit.

Autism is a super power, the doctor said so! Now I just need to find an Asian wife and I can live out the true lolbertarian dream.

But yea, Florida humidity sucked but it wasn't like you couldn't be outside, and wouldn't be bad if you could shower right after.

Let's be real, Tim stuck to the keto diet the same way he never drank, not even a drop, until he drank on video multiple times.

I would be willing to wager that less than 5% of people on weight loss keto diets are actually in ketosis.

Prepare to be autismed.

Off the top of my head, you need something like 5% or less of your caloric intake to be carbs for at least a week to enter ketosis. What this means in reality is that 5% of a 2,000 daily caloric diet is less than 100 calories. A carbohydrate is 4 calories per gram, so those 100 calories are 25 grams of carbohydrates. That tiny vending machine-sized bag of chips? It has 15-20 carbohydrates. That’s it. Zero more carbs for you for the rest of the day. This also means you don’t eat more of most vegetables, zero grains, no legumes, no fruit and maybe a limited intake of nuts.

The keto diet was developed to help kids with severe and incurable seizures and it worked for some, not so much for others. The fitness trend built off this shit is retard science the same way that Robert Lustig keeps claiming that carbohydrates have some innate differing property based on its source. According to Lustig, which is where a lot of this shit is birthed from, a carbohydrate from a carrot is different than a carbohydrate from refined sugar beets. Which would be interesting as fuck and ground breaking if he could prove it, but he can’t. Luatig’s claim is very much akin to saying you can prove the laws of thermodynamics can be broken. Big new if true. But extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

I feel like the only halfway decent use of a Keto diet is as a starting point for weight loss (mostly getting them out of a habit of eating high amounts of sugars). The only legit "success" stories I heard from it have come from situations like that. Every other story I heard seems to be people stopping pretty quickly, not even fully doing it to begin with (Tim) or ending up extremely unhealthy.

Personally while the average American diet is by no means good, I think a bigger problem is people's lack of exercise. For a few months in my life I lived in a city where I had to walk and bike everywhere. Despite having a borderline worse diet than I normally have I ended up losing a ton of weight from simply having to walk long distances daily.

I think he did at one point but claims they didn't take or there was something preventing it. Though he could just be bullshitting about that and he's just afraid to.

It's all diet and exercise really. I could stand to lose ten pounds now and the biggest difference is I'm eating worse, but really I used to live where I could walk about 1.5 miles to work each day and then back. It's really easy to exercise when it's something that simple as it's functional and you don't really feel it, but just going for walks randomly feels like a way bigger chore because there's no goal to it. I've taken up doing some daily cardio but it's still one of those things where it feels like you're burning time.

He probably tried to and it failed. Instead of just losing all that weight, Tim should have been using all that gym equipment to build up more muscle mass. Tim should pull a Bezo's and lose the Beanie.

Bezo's before & after

Double post, sorry... but a rare morning live stream of Tim raking in $$ over Roe v Wade being overturned.

Alright, so here we go. 15:15 in the live video:
"For a long time, the Supreme Court has legislated from the bench on many issues. And it - it is worrying. But many of these issues, I think, are good things! I mean, you look at interracial marriage. The idea that you could ban that, to me, is insane. These miscegenation laws - you couldn't even cohabitate with someone of a different race. Where would we be as a country if that remained? So, is that up for debate? There's nothing in the Constitution that says you can marry someone of a different race. Are we going to see doubt cast on that? I am not okay with that."

The Supreme Court is unelected and faces no penalty for their rulings. There is no recourse by which the people can respond to their actions. It took pro-lifers 50 years to overturn Roe. These issues should be handled by the states, Tim. Legality is not morality. And if there is a state that decides miscegenation should be illegal, well, people can move out of that state (although let's be real, the only demographic that actually looks for people outside their own race is Chinese women).

Every Indian at my school tried to get with a white girl. Every. single. one. It takes them a a hot minute to realize they're at the bottom of the dating pool
That doesn't count. Indian men trying to pick up white women won't actually result in any issues with miscegenation laws. You have to try and get married for that to matter.

Unless you have mobility or cardiac issues, split sprints are the best bang for the buck. Sprint at about 80%-90% of your max effort for a short distance (0.1 mile/0.15km) or a short time (1-2 minutes) and then rest (walk) for either an equal amount or half. Then repeat. Doing 1 minute sprint/rest for 10 intervals (20 minutes total), I burn the same or more calories as I do briskly walking 3.5 miles in 45 minutes. Splint sprints are also a great way to rapidly increase your running pace.

Agreed. The 10,000 Steps Rule is overblown, but it lays out a simple baseline for a healthy amount of daily physicals activity. 10k steps is about 4 miles (for most people), so if you walk 1 mile to work and 1 mile back, that's half of the 10,000 steps. This would help explain why NYC obesity rate is below the USA average.

Cow crossover: https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2022/06/26/keffals-trans-twitch-streaming-news/

Taylor Lorenz takes the opportunity to fight back against Tim Pool mocking her for being demoted by using her new "technology" role to talk about Keffals, the retard Twitch tranny that's been fighting with Tim. And in her article she does mention Tim, as a right-wing Youtuber, which she no doubt knows he hates being referred to as.

I dunno. Tim Pool spent a thousand dollars to put up a billboard calling Lorenz out for shit no one cares about, and Lorenz got paid to prop up one of Tim's detractors and rub dirt in his eye. I'm going to say Lorenz won this one, gamers.

How many more billboards will Tim buy? Will he sue to protect his brand? Will his brother ever get laid? Tune in next week to all new episodes of Timcast IRL to find out the answers to all of these questions and more.
