I think Lisa is Tim's full sister and it's Chris/Reactor (Tim's known brother) who has a different father. It's been a while though, but they broke it down more when his sister first joined on and he made her publicly humiliate herself by outing her as a stripper. Tim basically disavowed his sister in a video a few days ago when he eluded to Adam as well when he said "people try to clout chase when you weren't even that close of friends and pretend their your family" I believe it was one of his videos sperging about Kanye.
