This part was crazy. Milo is right that it's kind of terrifying how good Tim is at emotional manipulation. I didn't think he had it in him.

Of course it's framed as he would never do that (again?).

I feel like you missed a bit. Where he starts talking to a woman, kind of breaks down and pretends to be weak to pull her in. And then when she's pulled in, that's when he asks her to close her eyes.

I thought the opening was the most manipulative and most convincing acting. Though his voice break here is convincing too.

I'm super skeptical of his claim that someone is gunning for him unless he posts a video.

Agreed.
Who the fuck would waste their time on Tim?
Reading the summaries becomes taxing with him.

A few possibilities.
1. Tim is lying and it was hunters somewhere in the distance.
2. Tim was lying and it was nothing period.
3. Candace Owens hired someone to pull a stunt to make it seem like she was a target. That nigger is that crazy and stupid enough to do something like that.
4. One of Tim's viewers after spending $50,000 in superchats finally snapped after the 50,000th comparison of Tim's life to a scenario.

It just doesn't make sense.

Ok so he was malding for a couple of days how his numbers were down and anklebiting candace for growing. One of the reasons he identified why she was growing is that she mixes innuendo/implication to make people think she said things she hasn't said. And that she faked the assassination plot against her for growth/sympathy.

Then at the end of this episode he shows what an absolute savage he is at that game when he tries to be and how he used to do it to get ahead. And then says he would never do that.

Then there is this unrecorded and unreported gunman shooting outside his house?

I think it's possible but the timing and framing is a bit suspect.

It does put his little pity party in to question. How much of the Tim-per tantrum he forced Dave Landau to play therapist for was genuine vs performative?

& thank you for catching that, as I was a titch overwhelmed trying to snip out selections from this episode. So here is that moment, with the relevant parts of my last clip for context.


The irony is that in this outing, Tim loudly bellowed how he would go over broken glass for the common man, how these other grifters would reject them, & the show only survive off of memberships. Which is but a toned down version of the pitch he made to that woman. He is not outright begging for money, but using what the beanie boy damned Candace for doing, using assumptive reasoning, to imply that without a continuous tide of memberships to sustain the Branch Timidians, the common man loses out on their one true representative in this space.

True. For context to those new to the thread, Tim has repeatedly talked about how the new studio has "50+ acres" of land, & there is a security perimeter, as well. Specifying whether this was at his home, or his studio is important. Bear in mind, as well, how Tim was talking about Candace Owens using his phrase of the day, assumptive reasoning, to spin up a story to drive attention via making the audience think she was going off-air to avoid assassins when it was the Thanksgiving holiday. Either it was incredibly bad timing for Tim, to have this happen the same day he insulted Candace for claiming threats of death to drive viewership; or the beanie boy is looking to show her how it is done.

But there'a more layers to it. He's been accusing her of faking deaththreats. Immediately people like quartering jumped on this and blamed candace for the attack on tim pool as a trolling attempt "we're just asking questions!" as if the things she had been talking about are all completely baseless.

Pool hasn't given a police report yet, and some people say there are no records of earlier reports either. So by offering to help investigate, she's also calling him out for not providing evidence of the culprit. And if he does provide evidence and there is more of an investigation, she still wins, because he has less of a leg to stand on to attack her for faking/exaggerating death threats.

It's a win/win. That's why I called it good strategy.

The older I get, the wiser the saying "if you've got nothing to hide, you've got nothing to fear" becomes. If Tim is telling the truth, disclosing information is the best course of action as that will generate more leads for the police to work with. If he's lying, it's his fault for crying wolf.
