Well, that's what happens when Tim attracts low quality employees and guests, the quality just gets lower every time. It's not fair to compare him with the Napolitano channel, but that's a show that does this kind of interview right. They get guests that have advanced degrees or work experience and they talk about abstract, big picture problems instead of drama.
Also, any guest must be willing to truck themselves out to the middle of nowhere, & be at risk of a drive-by if they go to the beanie boy's compound. So that winnows down people that may want to do a remote appearance, or take seriously Tim's talk of being targeted.

I have some doubts about how effective it is because in 4 days he went from "say my name Candace" to "how dare she use me in her thumbnail".
His problem is his credibility is in the tank by meeting with netanyahu and while israel popularity is tanking he's hitching his ride to it.
Tim demonstrated that he is capable of a fair bit of emotional manipulation, as you highlighted on the Milo episode. Anyone that saw it, & is not already in one or the other camp, now has a niggling detail in the back of their mind to question what Tim says.
