Times when you have felt genuinely sorry for Chris

I think the pickle man prank at the mall was funny in itself, but seeing how distraught he was in his video about the event just made me feel bad.... yeh it contains the funny line "the pickle man tricked me again", but it's obvious he's just defeated despite the goofiness of it all. it's hard not to feel some degree of sympathy

I'm in the school of "Chris could have had a menial job but..."

What he would have done would have been a constant problem, i.e. needing supervision, special consideration of where he's placed i.e. his Wendys job was in a public facing capacity can you imagine if he brought his love quest into work or was there long enough to develop feelings for someone etc? He would refuse to do any physical labour, hell he would also refuse to stand for a prolonged period of time, he'd find ways to goof off or become a active neaucance to other staff etc.

The sort of job he could do he'd not like to do as it's either outside his comfort zone or required him to develop some form of physical fitness etc, the best thing that could have happened to him was getting the tugboat as it kept him fed, in some level of comfort and most importantly out the way (ok with varying success) of people who wanted to work in jobs for special needs people.
I can imagine Chris working in the Salvation Army or Goodwill. Those places are optimal at hiring a huge amount of tards. Also, Chris can get himself and Barb (before the romp in the hay), a discount. But, as it's often noted, Chris always has to push back against management and has problems with supervision/people with authority over him. Not just at Wendy's but places like PVCC (his English professor and MLW), as well as the manajerks. I keep scratching my head as to why Borb never saw Chris as the problem and blamed everyone else but him for his actions. Sure, autism, but even they (or at least Bob) should have looked at Chris' fuck ups and did something. I know Bob tried with the mainstreaming throughout Chris' college years, but fuck, did that fail. Chris' sense of entitlement is telling with his 'negotiation' videos. Even though he says to SEGA and Nintendo, he wants a top spot for licensing sonichu, he's never worked for it; it is always what he imagines in his cartoon scenario.

The more I think about it, the more I'm MATI at Chris. Most of it is his laziness, but to top it off, his entitlement and narcissism and his choice to hold himself back from getting a job, even though it would be to pass the time and earn some extra money, he doesn't want to because people already know of him (which is true because he fucked up for himself), and he's never learned any skills. I don't know about CutCo, but if Chris was asked by the manager of the glass sorting place why he left Wendy's, he'll probably answer with "management was cruel to me" or "look it up on the internet." Any other special needs person would be jumping for joy at the opportunity a job would be given to them, but not Chris. Because he thinks he's better than them. I will say Chris struck gold because of his 'artist' (lolcow) status, but Chris has proven once again that he fucks himself over by spending way beyond his means, and tard rages for not mailing his junk in a timely manner to people who are more than willing to buy his shit.

As usual, after release, Chris would get lucky and unironically have people buy from him, but the cycle would end up repeating itself until Chris really does end up homeless, post group home, if it come to that.

Yeah especially when it shows how he's not able to tell fiction from reality, and took a guy dressed in a pickle suit 100% seriously.

I might not remember this right, but there was a time when a guy (maybe an old classmate) got Chris to go out for a lunch with him to talk about something. The guy insisted that Chris pay for both their meals, and since Chris, being the idiot that he is, spent most of his money on crap, he only had enough money for one meal. He ended up sitting there hungry, watching the other guy eat the meal Chris had bought him. It's pretty low to take money/food from a retard.

Reading it again, its like some kind of Hungarian Folktale.... The tard bought the meal for the troll and watched him eat it, going hungry himself, then went home... loudly shitting himself.

What the hell is wrong with you?
This is the faggot that came here to defend Pedmenco and speed ran the pink triangle challenge in a fortnight.
He's a faggot that thinks pedophilia is OK as long as it was "5 years ago" I'm not surprised he'd get turned on at the thought of a guy fucking his 80 year old zombie of a mother.

i guess you live or have lived around Richmond? i was there like 2 years ago. Depending what part of the city you're at it's only an hour from Chris' house.

but yeh fuck your friend.

That's horrible.

No less than never is OK.

I did actually feel sorry for him in some of the Kacey calls, especially towards the end when she started to get more cruel. Seems he never gave a shit anyway, his attention span is too short, he gets sad for all of about 10 minutes and then it's straight back to Sonichu and vidya

It's one reason why I find it hard to feel bad for him. It feels like he doesn't even truly feel sadness most of the time. Like any video or audio recording with him crying sounds so fake like he's just copying what he saw in cartoons.

I'll be honest, the entire Love Quest is kinda depressing in retrospect, Chris never learned how to find love the right way so he thought that attraction signs and stuff were the key...

I was ashamed to have had any sympathy at all for him once he declared himself a goddess. It was the ultimate lazybrain cop-out and it only lead to ever darker places.

Bob paying the girls in high school to be His friend gave Chris unrealistic expectations. It was'nt right doing that to Chris. I'm not saying that is the source for all of Chris' issues, its not. But that hurt Chris more than helped Him.
Bob didn't pay the Gal Pals to be Chris's friend. He paid one girl who was older to walk Chris to the bus stop + wait with him, a babysitter. The "Bob Paid Everyone Who Was Fatty's Friend" Narrative started because a couple of nameless trolls told him that over Skype to mess with him.

Again, they tolerated Chris at their lunch table because they felt sorry for him, but they weren't receiving paychecks from Bob.

Wasn't that the spic be used to hang out with who catfish him by LARPing as Vanessa... something?

Anyhow, when I was a teenager I always found the Julie call to be hilarious, but in my twenties I realized just how fucked up bluespike was to him.

It wasn't specified to be just one friend, but friends plural. Because Chris asked Barb after the trolls said that to him, and she confirmed it. I'd link a source but the source on the CWCki is dead. Found it. Marvin confirmed it in this thread.

So that's: a mystery girl, Kellie Andes, Miranda Joyce Mitchell, Sarah Bevel, and Tiffany Gowen.

Sometimes I remember this line Chris used a few times during his early Love Quest days, speaking of himself in the 3rd person: "Do NOT flirt from a distance; he will not be able to notice" ... He thinks that was a real problem to him, that at some point some girls really liked what they saw (a manchild playing with Pokemon or poorly coloring with Crayola markers), winked at him or something and he missed his chance just because of his autism.
Certainly not one of Chris' worst delusions but idk, it saddens me.

The Idea Guys were absolutely terrible fro Chris mentally, and I felt bad that they were leading him around.

However, after the whole Guard Dog thing, I kind of lost that pity. Chris clearly love people validating his made up shit, even if it's toxic to him.

Maybe there's a reality out there where Chris turned out as a run of the mill, forgettable sperg, or even normal and functional. But we can't judge on theoreticals, and the Chris we got is not someone I feel sorry for anymore.

Bob's plaque as well as his letters, he may have been a backwards enabler later in life, but he genuinely had hopes and dreams for Chris despite his disability instead of resenting/discarding him as the years went on like most shitty parents may, he still cared for him in his own way.

:edit: I guess I feel more bad for Bob overall.

I have yet to get to the Idea Guy's arc however.
