He's artificially lowering his pitch right? A couple of his videos have Kai-style "giggle exhales" that don't go any higher in pitch, I think the whole range has been lowered. I don't see any way to change the pitch on YouTube videos to check though :/

I screwed around with his voice in Audacity and it sounds a lot more normal when brought up to 8188.988 Hz, though a TRUE and HONEST audio engineer like Glaive can probably do a better job of figuring out if he's tampering with his voice before uploading it.

As low as it is, that's is his voice unmodified.
When you pitch shift it up, even using monophonic timestretching to preserve the length, it still creates small phasing-phonetic blips. When you use non-monophonic its even more obvious like in Audacity.
Copy, people have accused you of using a voice modifier a well, just think of it as the same thing. It's believable when you put in perspective right?
