I lol'd when I saw this pop up on my youtube feed. I thought Cracked's video was okay, but the Wiki he set up is almost certainly doomed to fail and be shutdown. It's hosted on the worst possible MediaWiki service for that type of stuff. There are very good reasons why the CWCki isn't hosted on FANDOM.

Appreciate the compliment on the video and I agree with your overall assessment. I've found it very difficult to manage the wikia on this site, for one literally anybody could go in and completely fuck the website up with zero consequences. Two I don't know what the TOS for a website like Fandom is and after further thought they probably aren't going to be welcoming of this lolcow stuff at all. I'm probably just going to make 20 or so articles laying out everything I find funny/important about Tim, then lock everything and leave it behind.

I started this years ago with help from other longtime followers of Timothy.
We have many articles with transcripts of videos but since the recent increase in interest in Timbox, we have a problem with people spamming the pages. It seems likely this will happen to your wiki too. It might be redundant to make a second wiki from scratch, but you are welcome to contribute to our page, or make your own wiki with your own perspective if you chose to do so.
We are trying to be like a cwcki for Timbox. Critical of his obsessions and delusions, but in a focused and realistic way.

To preface, I have been following Timbox since I first encountered him back in 2005 on an animation forum.

For reasons explained below, archive any Timbox content when it gets posted as he has a decent track record of having posts and accounts removed.

Is Timbox a lolcow? Absolutely without a doubt. Is Timbox a danger to society equivalent to Chris Chan? There is frankly not much evidence to suggest that.
A more accurate comparison would be WooglebugLoveProductions without the bankroll.

Personal History

To provide some context to Timbox's origin, I have provided a screencap from Retrojunk (most of his remaining posts on this site are delightful, make note of the username as there were troll imitators later on)

As stated by CrackedRock, Timbox did not graduate High School until the age of 21. CrackRock however neglected to mention this is likely because Special Education programs in public schooling are only offered to those under the age of 21. For context, Chris Chan did graduate at 18 despite taking several special education courses/assistance. While he has stated he has aspergers, I don't believe he has said to what extent or if he has any other additional diagnoses.

Timbox lives at home with his parents. He additionally has two biological brothers (who to my knowledge do not share Timbox's medical condition). It's important to note that Timbox's immediate family are aware of his online antics to some extent.

• While they do allow him access to the internet, they do appear to exert a level of control over his content as Timbox's on camera content has been virtually non-existent since about 2012. Since then, his video content has largely been compromised of trailers and proof of concepts for his various projects. This is likely influenced by his family's wishes.
• His brothers have attempted to take his Encyclopedia Dramatica page down and allegedly have appeared in Timbox's threads on /cow
• Timbox has stated in the past that his family made him leave Twitter and other websites and made him shut down his accounts.
• Timbox used to have a habit of doxing his home phone number and home address in many of his online posts. As such, the house received prank calls and allegedly had a mormon missionary show up.
• Timbox has never posted about having a driver's license and additionally lives in a small rural town so any in person interaction would involve a family member or care giver providing transportation.
• Timbox has rarely provided any information about his employment history. I believe he is or was involved with a transitional program after high school that may have included some level of employment. He also did mention he briefly worked at a comic shop but stated he was unable to be kept on after an increase in minimum wage in his state.

As a result, the suggestion that Timbox will be able to act on any of his violent threats he makes on social media or prey on a young girl due to his love of young cartoon girls is extremely unlikely (and that assumes he even would want to). I do hope his family leaves him at home when they go to their local Asian buffet though.

In short, I genuinely disagree with the notion that Timbox is 'the next Chris Chan' and a future criminal. Additionally, I find any efforts from @CrackedyRackedy and other Youtubers who attempt to make this comparison as grifters who are attempting to monetize a legitimately mentally handicapped individual.

Most importantly, these unjust comparisons will do nothing but distract Timbox from completing Dexter’s Odyssey, Toontalker, Clerks 3 The Lost World, and other strokes of creative genius.

Additionally, I find any efforts from @CrackedyRackedy and other Youtubers who attempt to make this comparison as grifters who are attempting to monetize a legitimately mentally handicapped individual.

Good write up, but you should know I genuinely just enjoy covering and making fun of Timbox, I have little financial incentive to do so (Hence why I tried creating a non monetizable wikia that I was going to put a ridiculous amount of effort into, I'm just passionate about this stuff). I'm not even going to cover lolcows much longer so I'm definitely not grifting, this is just a short web series I really enjoy making. I've been wanting to cover lolcows for legitimately over 10 years now. I found him from Encylopedia Dramatica and figured the title "The New Chris Chan" would just be a catchy one. I didn't mean for it to actually carry much weight outside of superficial comparisons. Overall don't worry, I am not Gibi nor am I going to make this a regular thing. And no I don't believe that Timbox is going to become as depraved as Chris, I just find his rage induced internet antics very amusing.

Just to make it as clear as humanly possibly, I am a sad little wannabe comedian man who is just doing this for laughs. I am not a journalist nor am I trying to get a career off of the backs of lolcows. And eventually, if you guys do have a serious problem with it as a community; I will stop.

Timbox gets harassed regularly by people who legitimately think he's about to go murder someone in public and kidnap a young girl without having full context of his status. I think calling someone 'the next Chris-Chan' also has a much darker connotation to it in the wake of the prison arc. Lots of youtubers are trying to get clout and views trying to cash in on CWC, and I don't think Timbox is deserving of that narrative since he only really lashes out at others if he is provoked first and is generally innocuous otherwise. He really only lashes out at others online if he is provoked first. Timbox clearly doesn't have the capability to weed out trolls and takes criticism extremely harshly (and likely causes his frequent hiatuses from the internet). I took that frustration out on you since you have the highest view count.

I look forward to seeing more content from you deep diving in his posts and finding how his interests and writing have evolved over the years

I'm really just clowning on his public activity and I want him to understand that this is just lighthearted mocking, not me wanting him to kill himself or do something crazy.

Kinda makes you wonder how much of what TimBox does is brain damage and how much is autism really, it takes a special kind of person to dox yourself online and publicly admit to fetishizing cartoon kids. The lack of understanding of intellectual property is also a kinda consistent pattern I've seen upon getting into various cows.
