Creator of Tim's first /cow/ thread on 8chan here. Had a blast reading this post and generally catching up with Tim's latest antics since losing interest in him a few years back for obvious reasons which are forthcoming. Pretty sure I'm ultimately responsible for drawing quite a lot of renewed attention to Tim in recent years, but most certainly was not the first to take note of this...eccentric character. At one point in one of the threads, an anon referred to a high school classmate of Tim's telling stories about him on /cwc/ back when it was still around. IIRC: bored and lazily crawling Youtube one night, Tim's infamous Lucy Liu vid somehow popped up in the search results while looking for something Gamecube-related, gave it a watch, and the rest is history. I'd heard of CWC before and was a huge *channer at the time, so I popped into /cow/ and gave it a whirl.

Similarly, I was bored semi-recently and decided to look up him again, which led me to the recent Youtube uploads and the flurry of new activity in this thread. So here's my 2 cents on ole' Timbo and some personal history with the big lug:

At first, Tim was definitely in the running for the next CWC. The ingredients were all there: autistic, extremely unintelligent, Peter Pan syndrome, cartoon mashups, terminally online, etc etc. You're absolutely right that Chris' increasingly macabre degeneration has put this prohibitively out of reach. Having said that, what really sets Tim apart from Chris is simply that he's clearly lower-functioning and, as you said, "not all there". Tim's inveterate methods of thinking, speaking, and interacting with the world around him only lead to so many outcomes, virtually all of which have been apparently exhausted by now. To put it differently: in my view, Chris' brain works like a kaleidoscope. Tim's is just a bunch of chutes and ladders.

I actually spent quite a bit of time compiling info on Tim way back when, some of which I initially got wrong but all of which you've summated very well here. A few clarifications on my part:
  • In his grandiose screeds begging for privacy and the ability to pursue his dreams, Tim has referred to being unable to drive himself. His physical condition and motor skills do not appear to be impaired, so it's anyone's guess why this is. Maybe something to do with spatial knowledge? But that likely isn't the case, because...
  • I tracked down Tim's employer at the time, and yes, they're a local organization which supports "youth and adults with disabilities" in gainful employment. He worked in a warehouse as an "associate" for quite some time after HS, but by his own admission on /cow/ - sometime around 2018 - no longer held this position and was collecting disability at home. I didn't know about the comic shop, though! Or the prank calling and Mormon missionary. That's hilarious.
  • The Anytown guy - this kinda bugged me whenever it came up in Tim's /cow/ threads, because I think it was garbled and mixed up in the web of Tim's antics, mistakenly believed to be him and presented as one of his...ahem, lovely creations. Tim himself once addressed this directly and said that he had nothing to do with him. I'm pretty sure that is the case. In short: whatever Tim's up to is exclusively cross-posted on his DA and Twitter, jeremiads against his trolls and epic animation ideas alike.
At the end of the day: yes, preserve everything, and I mean everything. There's some stuff Tim can never scrub the 'net of, such as his original Youtube channel - which is presumably inaccessible to him these days after Youtube merged with Google+ and began requiring e-mail addresses be associated with accounts. For instance: he does have a new YT channel but scrubbed the videos a few years back, though nothing on it was particularly notable or lulzy. Just a Dexter's Lab quiz series presented by him and shot in his room and a rare Samurai Jack VHS preview. Everything from his old tumblr is gone, such as a cringey vid shot in the same setting of him air-drumming with his fingers in place, alongside the caption "(and you better stop making fun of me)." (This was during /cow/'s heyday).

I also concur that Tim is highly unlikely to sink to Chris' lows or actually commit criminal acts, but I sure as hell wouldn't leave him alone in the same room with an Asian child, either. He does more or less strike me as a "wouldn't hurt a fly" kind of guy, despite his extremely violent, threatening language whenever assuming internet tough guy mode. All the same, middle age will not be kind to him on his current trajectory. He's truly fortunate to have both parents and brothers around to provide care, though that won't always be the case. I also don't know what, if any kind of intervention could be staged to materially improve his life or - more importantly - dig him out of the psychological trench he's dug for himself over the years. I'll never forget the last post in his original /cow/ thread, which wasn't captured by archive.today before it saged off the catalog: an anon discovering Tim and remarking on how he'd heard of people "being their own worst enemy" before, but that Tim took the cake.

Sorry for the lengthy infodump and poor formatting, but I just had to pipe up. In the end, I honestly feel badly for the guy. He's trapped in his own little world with no way out.

Not really. He may have once referred to the Samurai Jack PS2 game or those Nicktoons racing games with Dexter characters in them, but he's never been much of a gamer AFAIK.
