I cycle through Hinge and Tinder whenever I'm single and feel like manwhoring. Tinder I've found yields results when your profile is new, as you're near the top of the pile, then it dies off until you get nothing. Delete profile, make anew, rinse, repeat. Decent ROI, but not great.
Hinge however remains the GOAT of all dating apps. I've had more bangs from there than Clint Eastwood's gun. No paywalls, the opportunity to send cheeky messages to swing in your favour, and a good array of cues/tags to stand out. If you have even halfway decent pics and aren't an ogre, you can do well. Doubly so in a big city.
The other apps are dogshit.
