I was writing a really long winded answer. But I will keep it simple.
I just find him entertaining. I found him in a unconventional way. And I wasn't a mega fan of phil to begin with.
It's was just observing that people was really unreasonable towards phil, and how some people first talked to me when I first started supporting phil.
I first only supported phil with like 20$ and the thought was to ask him a silly question on ask the king.
That just instantly put me on some kind of hater list.
And over such a silly thing of supporting a streamer some people didn't like.
People started sending me the Anthology of all the mistakes phil had done ever.
And thought I was a stupid fucking idiot not agreeing with their views on phil.
Well what can i say?
Of course phil had made some mistakes, but to me personally he had just been cool. And was a source of entertainment.
I like to judge people with my own experiences. And what most people where doing was just Grandstanding.
"We can all agree on that phil is an asshole, he is such a terrible person, and I am so much cooler then him he doesn't deserve what his got and we will shut him down"
Some people also go way to far in the endeavor.
Phil isn't political, not religious, and doesn't often say polarizing things at all.
The real issue is just what seems to be Petty Envy.
Now when I see this, I naturally Empathize with phil. Because the people going after him is not a victim of phil. In fact he doesn't want any interaction with most these people at all.
And with information about some of the more demented individuals on the phil hate bandwagon I have read here. It is obvious that they have done more then just point and laugh!
So with all the shit people have put him through, and he is being put through on a daily basis.
I think he deserves the support.
And although I am sad he don't do game reviews and edited content anymore. I still think he is an entertaining streamer.
There is no deeper truth to the matter.
I can say that the absolute insanity with king of pol was pretty damn exhausting.
Where a mentally deranged individual was given positive encouragement making up lies, and defamatory statements about me for almost 6 months. Just because he claimed not to like Phil.
He really helped stating the point that some people don't really care about phil, but the attention they get talking shit about him.
I am glad it ended in such a hilarious matter though. Just telling him he wasn't married. "no fair guys plz stop!"
