Today I have... Thread.

Today I got to see the long beloved migration patterns in my local area outside my dungeon. Early in the morning, cute little skunks and raccoons head back to their dens. Possums actually come out from time to time during the day and the cats people let loose at night go home. And when the sun is really high, the swarm of boomers heading to the local casino to spend their kids' inheritance on electronic entertainment and false promises of success and fulfillment. Ah... nature.

Today I walked around my cheap neighborhood for exercise, have had to shift moving boxes for Santiago,Dom. Rep. Got yelled at over how I handled packing tape so as an act of revenge, poured about half of mom's coffee and was given a lecture (ignoring the repeated ad nauseam gaslighting of " I don't care what others do, I care what YOU DO"/ "One day I'll lose my trust in you!" Stubborn mom didn't even realize that my suggestion "Hey, my side is too narrow to flip the large box vertically" until the last moment
Fuck Boomers.

Today I went to the supermarket and saw a guy with a dog that looked like a bear, then when I was queuing the man in front of me was wearing women’s skinny jeans and wedge heel boots but had a head like Captain Birdseye if he was bald under his cap.

Well today I found out one of the local grocery chains installed stupid advertising LCD screens at the checkout. Must have cost them thousands of dollars, as yet they still gouge the local populace. Well I also found out they have a motion detecting camera or something there, and the stupid adverts activate when it detect someone is in line. I also found out flashing what's under your black robe in front of those cameras gets you kicked out of the store.

EDIT: - I just remembered I had to go into walgreens for reasons and it shocked me the baby formula was almost empty, and the ridiculous prices walgreens charges. I have hated walgreens for many years for them gouging, but hot damn, that was nasty. There was even a locked up section for a few scattered containers. How are people who are damaged and need formula... that high fructose corn syrup soy taurine nonsense getting by? Is there a rent-a-boob program I'm missing?

Today I yelled and cried during my therapy session and was utterly blessed with painful cramps.
The only silver lining was that I bought two cheap paperbacks from a thrift store, and jotted down a future date to deactivate a social media profile.

Oh, and my dinner was so light that I had to sneak in anything with protein, including bacon bits, peanut butter; and a spoonful of cream cheese.
Also was given a nice reason that will inspire me to Sudoku myself, so it's all wonderful

I had to check old archives for something today and found out I have music files in MP2 FORMAT! Not mp3, but MP2 from 2005 and such! Geez.
EDIT: - Scratch that, just found MP2s from 2000. Also old RA anime music and MIDIS from the late 90s inter-ma-net.

Also I found a copy of Winamp from AOL also in 2005. Winamp 2.66 people!
Winamp 2.66:
* spiffier credits in about box
* new mp3 input plug-in
* streaming improvements (now much less intrusive)
* fully ISO compliant decoding
* ID3v2 support
* even more

Today I got out of the hospital after my appendix exploded yesterday. Absolutely excruciating and I wouldn't wish it on my worst lolcow.
How you're feeling a bit better now, mate.

Went to an op shop that was closing down, got a few bargains. Found an eighty year old vase from a maker I'm interested in and bought it, although I'm not sure if I'll keep it as it's not in the style that I usually collect. That, and my shelves are already full. I think I need to do a clean out and declutter.

Today I have shortened my life even more with some knee and spine damage from a fall at work that will no doubt manifest fully at the wrong moment and probably when I think "Wow, glad nothing really happened from that...."

Today I received a copy of goosebumps monster edition number 1 in the mail as soon as I opened it scrawled in the front cover was a note; to Justin love mom and dad.. Christmas 1995.

I could almost instantly see what must have been a happy day for that kid all those years ago and began to wonder, where's this Justin now? I just hope he turned out OK and is living a happy well adjusted life now.

Today I have been in a car crash. It was really annoying waiting for the cop to show up and weirdly endearing he was a long-term friend of the family. Also I wasn't driving, and weirdly, a witness pulled over to leave a number saying the actual driver was not at fault. And the other driver was calm and chill about the whole thing despite ending up in a ditch. And a random black man showed up and helped out everyone involved just out of sheer niceness.

Today I bought cleaning supplies and a shirt Used bleach, it's giving me the spins,
can't wait what I'll do tomorrow.
