Today I have... Thread.

Slept through half the day and managed to get some character designs done. ...But not any commissions because my sketchbook paper sucks.

Did some schoolwork and some video games. The former I'll finish tomorrow since I already finished its outline.

Today I took my cousin to see Star Wars in IMAX since she's one of the few people who hasn't seen it. The trailers didn't have any sound, and the manager waited until the last trailer to fix it. Everyone in the theater was heckling during the silent trailers which made it much more entertaining.

At least the film itself was good.

Participated in the Past VS Future Splatfest. I chose Team Future, and damn I hope I win this one.

Edit: Reached highest rank too, made a doodle to celebrate.

This didn't happen today, but a few days ago I received a letter from my community college in the mail. My first semester, and I got a 4.0 GPA, which qualified me for recognition as a President's Scholar (I guess it's like Honor Roll?). It'll be noted on my official transcript.
I'm super proud of myself! The semester was pretty tough and stressful but I'm really glad I managed to push through so successfully!!

Ya, if you keep it going, you can even get one of those cum laude levels. I pulled that off with my associates and am probably going to do it with my bach considering I seem to be doing fine in this one class where I'm refusing the book as a source due to both being broke and not wanting a useless piece of trash I spend 200 bucks for to not use again.

Cutting cold turkey on soda for at least a week. The goal is a month. From there I'm limiting myself to a single soda a day maximum. This is being done since I'd rather drink one a day than the multiple I drink now.

Good luck, man. I tapered down a while back and found that seltzer/club soda was incredibly helpful - scratches the itch for something bubbly.

You will feel a lot better when you get through it and get used to having less caffeinated drinks in your diet. When I cut back on the soda and drank a lot more water, I found that it even made it easier for me to sleep at night and helped with the insomnia too.

Today I discovered some heavy stuff while awake early in the morning, and kept mulling it over until the late afternoon. I think I've come to a conclusion at long last.

On the brighter side, I finished up sketch plans for a project I'm presenting Friday.

I'm going to be building a coffee table soon. I built a small plywood and pine work table, so I can clamp shit easier.

Pocket holes are so much fun!
