Today I have... Thread.

So a friend of mine gifted The Witcher to me on Steam this morning out of the blue.

I got nothing done today.

Started prepping for my summer course. Likely undertaking a project that a coworker abandoned, after quitting without notice. So that's a little inconvenient.

I also got my old copy of Vampire: The Masquerade to work, so things are pretty good.

I have thought of further upgrading my computer. Want to replace the current mobo with a full ATX. I want use a sound card along with being able to use DDR3 RAM that is at 1600. Also tried to tutor a sibling of mine over seventh grade math. Got a bit exasperated over trying to make sure she got sense of how you do some easy problems like adding fractions and finding out what X is.

Today I have studied for my classes in the fall term (or have watched YouTube videos on it) on top of watching art videos and stuff. Since I have can't study textbooks well, I've been trying to improve on it.

Oh, and then play Fire Emblem Fates after watching my dogs. (I might do some scholarship digging later, but eh) Pretty boring really

Browsed the comments sections on Breitbart and learned some wonderful new Breitbartisms:

WikiPeePeeDuh
Poop Francis
Goldman BallSachs

These were almost certainly written by adults and that makes me happy. DummoCraps is still my favorite though.

Found out today that a very large and well-known software company wants me to come in for an in-person interview. They've even offered to pay for my plane ticket and a hotel for me to stay in during the process. That's all on top of another possible job offer I have coming at a smaller company I've already interviewed at. If they both offer me a job, I could possibly use leverage to push my salary up into the six-figure range.

It's an exciting week for me.

Today I worked for twelve and a half hours, and then, as I was driving home, around 1AM, a cop pulled me over and scared me half to death.

Turns out one of my tag lights was burned out and he was just letting me know so I could get it fixed, but still. Scary as fuck when it's that late (early?) and you're so tired you barely know your own name.

Went to the Job Orientation I mentioned earlier, got an appointment to meet with a caseworker on Tuesday. Grabbed a Bacon Club at McFatty's, and went grocery shopping right after.

Today I watched a Bollywood movie starring Shah Rukh Khan where he played as two people who look alike: one a criminal and the other a manchild. The criminal switched lives with the man child to evade police. I'm not giving the rest of the plot away, but the movie was called Duplicate.

Got a new consulting contract from a delusional person who thinks that winning a seat on the city council of a small municipality will put him in a position to run for governor in 2022 at the age of 30. I'm still going to take his $2000, though.

I also found a part-time job, so I won't have to live off of this summer's campaigns. It's a shitty job, and I'm still going to be looking for full-time work, but I can't spend all of my time rating posts autistic on here. *yawn*
