My parents I went to visit found a lost cat and took it in, older one, very relaxed and well-behaved. I let my own cat (a hellion) out of his cage and the first thing he sees is a stranger in front of him that he takes as a threat to his territorial sovereignty.

After two days of hissing and sulking I finally see both of the cats laying around together on furniture. The kitties have become friends.
 
What if an acquaintance IRL sees my cat and recognizes it (but wouldn't have also recognized my profile from my special interests, writing style, and powerleveling)?
