Her hot years (very few of them) were her unnatural years. She likely did it the hard way: controlled her food intake, got some exercise, and tried to avoid caloric temptations. But that lifestyle was never going to last and she reverted to her true self.

But then all fat people were delivered unto heaven on earth and it was called Ozempic. Suddenly, Kelly never had to worry about her unreliable constitution as the big O took care of her voracious appetite. Looking like a plucked chicken with droopy skin, warped bones, and paint peeling gastrointestinal problems, she became a new woman…of sorts.

I don't know what you're talking about. I just looked her up. She's 43 years old and looks good. She's no longer obese and I don't see any droopy skin or whatever.
