TAYLORVILLE, Ill. (WICS) — A man is facing child pornography charges in a Christian County.

Todd E. Daugherty, 54, of Taylorville, was arrested for possession of child pornography, police say.

Officers say in August, DCI Zone 4 Agents became involved with an investigation after learning that Daugherty was allegedly in possession of child porn.

An arrest warrant was issued for Daugherty


ISP DCI Zone 4, the Taylorville Police Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation found Daughtery at his house.

Daugherty was taken to the Christian County jail where his bond was set at $250,000.

The only thing that is even remotely surprising is that it took this long for the manlet to get caught...
 
At least another week in jail for Toad as they delayed his preliminary hearing because jail transport was running behind.

I wonder if they did this on purpose and are just fucking with him now??

1. The search warrants that were issued to search the computers were quashed

2. The Illinois Child Pornography law is unconstitutional.
