Yeah, they did lie, and I can prove it. I'm not guilty of anything I don't know who made the threat and I don't know where those images came from. Under Illinois law the perpetrator must know — or have a reason to know — that he or she is in possession of child pornography. That's why we are looking for an expert in computer forensics to see how many time the image (1 image) was viewed.

Every single child pornographer would just simply say the same thing, "I don't know where it came from". Are you this stupid to where you go before a judge, say "i don't know where it came from" and the judge believes you and says "not guilty, charges dismissed"? In Illinois that is law. That's why we are getting an expert to see how many times the image was viewed. if was viewed then yeah, the person was aware it was there. if it was viewed then the person didn't know it was there BTW that exactly what my lawyer is doing! because again in Illinois that is the law.
