Exactly. Some people with 150 IQ's are very autistic, but often have a savant skill. And some have 100 IQ's and some have 70's IQ and are autistic. And some people with 70 IQ or 100 IQ or 150 IQ aren't autistic at all.

His next court date is near the end of March it's pre-trial hearing where the DA might offer him a plea deal, or not.

They had the guts to complain about Toad jamming the airwaves with his illegal broadcast and in response Toad started death threats against them on rec.radio.shortwave and dozens of blogs. The difference is both of them are connected to real law enforcement.
EDIT: Toad is apparently on strike again against Kiwifarms so he posted something on his shit blog complaining I am bringing stuff up from 2010 and "FUCK YOU STATE OF ILLINOIS". No Toad, you're the one who posted this just 3 weeks yourself. Are so retarded that it was you,not me, who posted this stuff for us and law enforcement to laugh at? I think it al started with K3VR's war against K1MAN, who was well-hated for his jamming broadcasts. Then Karol jumped in defending Baxter, and made enemies of the Crow gang. His pissy attitude after his battles with fat Mikey didn't help him any. Since Toad was buddies with KFM, that got him in their spotlight.
Tom and Brian may or may not have had anything to do with Brandon Duke getting 55 years. Shooting at a cop doesn't exactly get one a slap on the wrist.
I hope Toad doesn't get banned here. He's one of my favorite Lulzcows.

Nobody actually cared about K1MAN's little piss-off-the-ARRL antics [FM falsely claims to have mixed it with him back in the 80s, but he didn't become a licensed Technician-class operator until 1991 as KC4QVJ] until, evidently, his bulletins interfered with KZ8O's fun harassing non-English-speaking amateurs and he, K3VR and another grotesque genetic dead-end amateur radio operator who held the call-letters WX4QN went hard on him - even trying to legitimately sell the FBI on the idea that his on-air activities constituted "terrorist acts" because they somehow aided and abetted a faction in the Paupa New Guinea civil war. QN actually even tried to get the FAA to go after Baxter, claiming that his 20 meter bulletins were intentionally interfering with commercial radar and ILS landing systems.

Actually, Karol, who'd been one of the many operators who would converse in a language other than English, mostly on 14.272/273, and who'd been subject to Fat Mikey's malicious interference, merely engaged with Baxter in what was either a QSO that was recorded or a telephone conversation that was recorded and later played over the air, after which Baxter joked that KFM was his "co-host"... He was never so much a Baxter defender as he was a person unhappy with being targeted for harassment because he, like Baxter, didn't like being interfered with on-air and harassed IRL because he was conversing in a language other than English, because he was critical of the response to 9/11, was critical of the ARRL and didn't like Riley Hollingsworth's poor way of policing the US amateur community.
Riley, you see, didn't understand that Canada didn't care about amateur radio and didn't consider it serious business the way he did. And though he knew what sort of character KZ8O was - he'd issued him nearly a dozen citations, yet curiously never forced him into one of his famous re-tests and never designated his license renewals for a hearing like he did to W6WBJ - he went easy on him, Crow and everyone who associated with them regardless of their actions or the complaints against him because he didn't think it was "fair" to discipline US amateurs for their behavior on 275/313 since Canada wouldn't taken action against KFM [for the far less serious "sins" of using uncouth language and opposing Bush-era US foreign policy].
And, with VR imagining that he had some special relationship with Hollingsworth and that he was a de facto deputy of the Enfarcement Bureau - honestly, you should see the complaints he made to what was then called Industry Canada, and how seriously people from that agency didn't take them, much like they never took Hollingsworth seriously [his butthurt level was OVER 9,000 about it too the first time he appeared on W5KUB] when he tried to get them to take action against KFM, well...... There's a reason he's referred to as "Hollingsworthless".
Todd was actually more of what Karol was touted as - i.e., a Baxter supporter; he was already on the radar of the Hollingsworth Posse on 275 before Karol was even involved.
Brandon Duke was an unfortunate kid with severe mental illness who'd been sexually abused by his father and was all but an afterthought to his mother who wasn't getting the medical care he needed and, as such, believed he was fighting zombies. I believe he was diagnosed schizophrenic, but may be misremembering. Regardless, he didn't just one day start shooting at police for fun. He was no innocent, but he was a person who was failed in every conceivable way by his family and by the system. He, too, was just some unfortunate person with problems who made the mistake of not spinning the VFO when he passed by 313 and not knowing what scumbags Crow, FM and the rest of their little crew of miscreants were.
