6/26/23 - defendant working with legal experts now
8/22/23 - defendant STILL working on talking with an expert (so I guess the entry from June was a lie by his PD)

And then nothing but endless delays..... I don't think he ever got any experts, (or if he did, his PD didn't like what they found)

And his parents are out of $12,500 and counting regardless. How do you feel about costing your parents that much money???? So even if the case is dismissed tomorrow, your parents still lose!!!

You're lying again... You first said the feds wouldn't prosecute because it was only one image, but now out of pure imagination in your mind, it's because the search warrant is bad. So which is it?

The image Toad posted states no evidence at all why the AUSA declined prosecution so Toad is just believing things that don't exist are real. So unless he provides absolute proof, we have to assume he is lying. And notice he still won't produce the federal search warrant they got on him, which is still valid by the way as a federal judge has not cancelled it. They can go search those computers again if they want. Most child porn cases are deferred by the federal government to the states by the way.

His parents were going to get a place in Belize, but then Toad started to act up bad and his parents had to cancel those plans to take care of Todd like a small child.

Todd committing suicide would allow his parents to finally travel and visit the world like they want. Their two other children are very well off and successful. Jeremy is a teacher at a high school with tenure and his sister became a nurse in her 50s. Toad of course did nothing but flunk out of colleges and couldn't handle pushing cats part-time at Walmart.

Toad should either hang himself or go get Jesse Franklin's gun collection, put gun in mouth and fire. That would free up his parents to enjoy their elderly days with well deserved vacations without having to take care of the 5 year old acting bitch boy. That was one of the files that was missing was his letter why he declined prosecution.

And notice he still won't produce the federal search warrant they got on him, which is still valid by the way as a federal judge has not cancelled it.

April 6 2018 the FBI forensic labs got the computers
April 16 2018 the warrant was quashed
March 2 2020 They got a second warrant, while they still had the computers, which THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO FUCKING HAVE YOU FUCKING PIECE OF FUCKING SHIT!!!

They had a warrant the first time when they had to have your devices to see if you were the one who sent the school a threat to shoot them up. They then noticed CP on your one of your devices and filed for another warrant to see if there was more. It's not that hard to understand.
