I'm pretty sure this meets all the requirements of the DOST test, which apparently is what you are being charged with. You are welcome to PROVE me wrong and not just "it was said in court".

Their federal, not state. This is state case, not a federal one. In Illinois they are required to use the DOST test. Secondly that image is NOT what the files say, nor is what the state trooper testified before court that it was. That warrant is not valid because the image they are describing is not the image that was accounted by the state and the state trooper who was the state's main investigator.

The description itself is pretty telling, several years ago that image and very similar ones were posted all over Nimbusters and F2. It was of a man who was molesting a small boy. It was thought at the time that it was posted by another pedophile named Steven Akins who was posting pictures of his own daughter. Akins always denied it and said that he didn't post it but no one believed him because he is a hibitual liar much like N9OGL.

No one suspected Todd at the time because he was posting lolicon or whatever he called his "cartoon porn" and lying Todd even blamed it on Akins who is even easier to hate than Todd Dougherty. I am going to write the DA and suggest that they get other warrents for N9OGL's other computer and his parents computer. I'm willing to bet they'll find all kinds of sick shit.

From this brief description I am 90% sure that this is a series of images that were posted on Nimbusters and F2 years ago. At first N9OGL was even blamed, because some posters thought that it looked like him in the pictures (the adults face wasn't shown in the pictures only his body) but since N9OGL posted "cartoon porn" the blame was placed on another pedophile named Steve Akins. Akins is as disgusting as Todd because he would post pictures of his 12 year old daughter in the shower.

I wonder if the DA has thought of getting another warrent? Maybe we should write him. I would be willing to bet that Todd has many more images on his other computer and/or his parents computer. There was at least 10 other variations of the picture in that description that were posted on Nimbusters/F2 and probably 4Chan.
 
Word of advice, Toad. Your future fellow inmates won't care about the warrants or differences between your state and federal cases and will simply want to know why those pictures were on your computer. Pro-tip: Even they aren't dumb enough to believe someone hacked it.

I'm reading it as "the perpetrator" is the "her" they're referring to as being charged and being a different "her" from the victim.

Also, are these documents referring to the same case? Todd appears to be being charged for the image of a girl mentioned in post #1,533 [which says nothing about a penis in the mouth], yet earlier there is a snippet regarding someone from the FBI looking for proof that Todd made the threat to commit a mass shooting just happened to stumble over what would unquestionably be "child sexual abuse material" [ :story: ] in the form of an image of a "3 to 5 year old 'child'" previously referred to as a "boy" with a penis in his mouth.

It makes no sense whatsoever to charge him over an image that could potentially be argued wasn't in a prurient interest as opposed to one that is indisputably prurient.
