No, there were at least two images but you only charged with one count. Why the state didn't charge you the child porn in the second warrant, we don't know. Todd Daugherty also apparently continues to produce virtual child porn. And write child sex stories. And no Toad, the FBI made no mistake in the federal warrant.

Also notice in line 7 of the 3rd image here, they are talking about a "set of images"... Thus more than one.

First off retard the "continues to produce virtual child porn." I really don't see that. I do mention that I have Daz3d Stable diffusion, NMKD Stable Diffusion and a copy of Autodesk Maya. All those programs are LEGAL and are even used by game studios, so I don't know what you are bitching about. Secondly the " write child sex stories." is based on a short outline of a story idea....it not the story but an outline idea. I thought it was funny, simply because of its ridiculous premise on he going to "another world" Again it was an outline and was not completely flushed out. Apparently, you need to go and read how writers work, because they just don't put shit down on paper. Finally, "number 7" he was point out that the image was from a collection of images, not that I had the collection. I had only one image, which again I don't know where it came from and the image had no create date or last view date, only a modification date.

But it did say they were allowed to search for documents, that is beyond dispute. They found the child porn in the form of a PDF. Tell me, what does PDF stand for?

I don't image you are referring to. Secondly, we don't really know if it was a PDF or an image. One document says it was an image, the other says it was a PDF. Finally, PDFs were not in the list of specific items to be seized, nor was images. The warrant (if valid as you claim) must specify what file(s) are to be seized (it called particulars) the only items again if the warrant was valid as you claim was 1. a TOR program 2. Computer access logs 3. browser history regarding search of threats against schools or public official. nowhere does it say to look for images or PDF files. The warrant was so over broad in scope that allowed them to search and seize everything on the computer. making it a general warrant.
