I was thinking court appointed attorney's, some counties pay them quite nicely. Some counties in Minnesota pay I think it's $120 an hour after 2020 for instance.
 
Loses his attorney, but keeps doing the same actions up to this very moment. Posting court documents, talking about the case, and endless AI nonsense.

I think he might eventually get "Daniel Larsoned", judge will determine he is unable to contribute to his defense, unable to follow instructions of the court, or advice from his legal attorney.

Only issue with that is that he's not insane, he's just an low functioning autistic pedophile.
 
That will perhaps up to the doctors to decide but he's clearly shown he can not act on his own behalf and continues to sabotage his own defense, which are criteria in the legal system for a psychiatric review and postponement of the case until that is complete (Daniel Larson). The legal definition of criminal insanity is not being able to contribute to your defense. He also is disregarding the judge's orders for his bail agreement and could be getting that revoked very soon. He continues his tactic of witness intimidation by threatening lawsuits to anyone who testifies against him. He's also writing letters to the judge he claims, which the judge can't read until his legal council is dismissed and if they are, then he's automatically considered pro se and self waives his right to court appointed council because he is contacting the judge on his own.

EDIT: What would be funny is if the judge denies his public defender request to leave the case and has to defend him regardless. That would really get into Toad's head that they are all conspiring against him.

You have the absolute right to defend yourself if you choose to do so (unless you are literally mentally incompetent). So he definitely should fire his public defender to show them who's boss. What is he, a cuck on top of being a pedophile?
 
Toad claims to KNOW EVERYTHING and claims he is smart enough to pass the bar examination without a book, so why not Toad? Go pro se from this point forward. Under legal rules in Illinois, Toad can't even communicate directly with the judge unless he waives his right to a lawyer. EDIT: See below

His parents being in charge of him at age 57 though might be a roadblock for Toad.

I think his parents will do what they always do, cave in, and end up paying $10,000s for a private lawyer for their baby man.

He can not communicate with the judge directly, even if he declares he is pro se. It is called a ex-parte communication and is not allowed.

She got her motion to get out of this, and the state pulled a minor trap card: Since he could pay bond, Todd was directed to get his own goddamn attorney, or at least try to. This had to be explained a second time to dad and then Todd got uppity. Quote of the day: "I think I see why Public Defender Sanger felt she had a conflict in defending you."

Stomped off just before being dismissed. Great, great look. So he gets another month, to 7/24 to try to lawyer up. Both Daughertys were of course very concerned about if they get to keep the motion to suppress, which they do, no rulings on the substance of it.

This was not said, but I wouldn't doubt it.

He was addressed since it was said he paid the bond, and the bond money is being used as essentially the potential payment for counsel: So regardless they were talking about his money.
 
$6,250 doesn't buy a lot of lawyer time for a felony case,. I bet Daddy going to have to pour loads of his own money, not that Toad cares about that.

I just wonder if Toad will fuck up again and call that new lawyer a dick sucker like he did his public defender, keep posting documents online, and keep running his mouth about the case on his shitty forum which would be against the advice of any lawyer?
