The Robert Stewart he listed is a illegitimate son and half brother to Mary, Queen of Scotland. He has no line to the throne. This "family tree" is shite, written by an autist who wants to feel special. There's also no evidence that Robert Stewart was Jame's illegitimate son, it was just accepted. Given how many children Euphemia had he could have been anyone's kid.

There's also a list of children he and Lady Jean Kennedy had. The Jean he lists would be the one who would go on to marry Patrick Leslie. The moment he get's to James Murray it all falls apart. Margaret would have a son by the name of James Muirhead, he wouldn't have a daughter by the name of Zipporah Murray. His daughters were named Anne, Lillias, Margaret, and Elizabeth Muirhead. Bessie would give birth to Lillias and Anna and Grisel would give birth to Margaret and Elizabeth. The family tree at this point turns into bit of a family circle with the Hamilton family.
 
Mr. Daugherty is having a hard time dealing with this. No one is responding to them there. And of course, Mr. Daugherty refuses to go look for a job since being fired as a cart pusher over a decade ago.


Public Defender filed a motion to withdraw and now I need help​

My public defender filed a motion to withdraw due to a conflict of interest just a week before we were to have a frank hearing over a general warrant. Now I am without representation and will probably go to jail for something that should have happened to begin with. This case has been going on for 4 years (eight years total) and should have been done and over with. I need help. I have trauma because of all of this like I said it shouldn't happen to start. my reputation is ruined; I have family members that want nothing to do with me because of this. I can't get a job because of it and wake up with nightmares of being in jail or arrested again. I posted on here previously about my case with someone interest, but they never got back to me. I need help. I have no money and need help.

This elderly retard is just stalling when he has to go to prison for being a pedo. All that means is he'll be really old when he finally ends up in the slammer, and maybe die of old age there.
 
Looks like the court later in the day decided Daugherty was too mentally indigent to find a lawyer so they appointed one for him at his father's expense. I certainly hope Mr. Daugherty is able to control his behavior and not accuse this attorney of sucking ****s at the local police department and controls his behavior and anger issues better.

Apparently this new lawyer tortured people in Europe so Todd should know his place. He's not going to take your shit. Though his Grayson murder trial is a real shit show.
 
Aw man. I won't be in transit on that day anymore, but now I'm unreasonably tempted to take my Chicago layover and turn it into a court reporting visit. But I won't for what should be another nothingburger hearing.
 
I'm sure Wykoff will assign an intern to the case as the lead, too low of a profile for Wykoff to do himself.

They're not generally going to be waterboarding defectors, who are usually entirely willing to give information and know it's part of the deal. They already have a really effective carrot and stick, i.e. cooperate and get to move to Freedomland, or get cold feet and get sent back to the regime you defected from, who are not going to be nice you to at all.

He spent the 80's interrogating high profile East Bloc "defectors" according to his bio. This isn't current year. 1980's "defectors" could mean anyone in order to look good to the American people at the time. It wouldn't be the first time the USA has done that. At the time they also had to deal with "defectors" giving misinformation, something earlier Soviet defectors told them about. Torture doesn't mean it has to be physical.


He was also a part of the Yohn case where the guy got 130 years in prison. Really, it's not looking good for Todd.
