Interrogation doesn't mean torture. Unless you have something else, why do you think he tortured anyone?
 
Defectors from Bezmenov and Belenko to the latter-day Mitrokhin and Alibek must have left the CIA torture sessions out of their stories.
 
Yea, I know, they would have several interrogators interviewing and debriefing these Iron curtain defectors to make sure their story collaborated before granting them asylum. As someone here said, it wasn't the CIA of the Middle East where torture was the norm.

I'm sure though Wykoff if he wanted could get a confession from Toad in under a few minutes and instantly can tell when Toad is lying to him.

Him fucking over his own chance at having a public defender - one who seemed to be putting in a hell of a lot of work for him - really threw a wrench in the works. We'd probably be much closer to a resolution if not for that. At the least we'd probably have a ruling on the motion to suppress by now which is probably the only chance Todd's got.
 
Seems Todd's got a new problem. The DA's moving for sanctions on the case. I'm a tiny bit in the dark as to why but I'd bet fuckery over the new lawyer is it. It was dismissed without prejudice but now they're going to hear it on the 5th and then set a date for the motion to dismiss. At some point when there's more meat I swear I'm going to have to make the long drive down there and have a peek at all this, which bothers me less than paying Judici for anything.

I am curious as to why his case is taking so long, in light of the numerous, oft repeated statements retarded old Todd has made confessing to the crimes of which he is accused. This shit has been going on for years with an endless stream of recesses and delays.

I just wish I could go there. Had to schedule it on the first day of our yearly kickoff meeting. We'll see how this one goes. I'll be really curious to see what happens with the motion.

But you're welcome. I haven't been primary on one of these since the Furry Murder trial. I have occasion to be nearish the area in a few months, I'll try to stop by and pick up some docs then if nothing else.
