Truth be told I was pumping the guy for info in this thread because his explanation didn't make sense, like a minor warrant issue didn't seem like something do-gooders would really get involved in.

It's possible they indeed screwed the pooch, leading to this result. I'm not convinced the decision is right, and it's definitely appealable. The prosecution has been so lazy, though, that I don't expect it.

More accurately - and without regard for whether the fact that he appears to be a retard with anger management issues and may, in fact, be turned on by anime depicting little girls - he'll say something incredibly stupid, Brian Crow K3VR will call the Taylorville Police and FBI and cry - again - about his hurt feelings and how much Todd's comments cause him and his family to fear for their life and safety because Todd once made some offhand remark about blowing his faggot son's heart out of his chest while he played soccer, the police will show up to question Todd, he'll go off and make a fool of himself/refuse to cooperate and they'll throw him in county lockup for a month only for the charge to be dismissed.
