The FBI has been brought in to do further forensic investigation. Not only were investigators able to determine Toddy couldn't have made the threats, but more messages with him as the author were posted while he was in custody. Charges may be reinstated if new evidence is uncovered that implicate him.
Of course he spent his entire adult life pushing trolleys at a Walmart. Because what else would a near 50 year old exceptional manlet be doing with his time.
There is a lot of crazy shit on the amateur bands. It's even more unhinged than the internet, because you can't be banned from radio waves. Yeah someone could make an FCC complaint, but unless you're actually violating regulations, they can't do shit. It's not like a forum where you can get banned because the mods don't like you. Being crazy is not against the law, so you can get your lizard people chat along with people swearing UN troops are moving up through Mexico.

I honestly think the dude should be put on a 72 hour psych hold. Or have another psych evaluation done on him and have the state give him a tard wrangler or probation officer.
IDC what the psych exams come back with, the way he holds a grudge for so long and the way he obsesses over certain things both give me a very strong suspicion of the 'tism. Plus his general lack of understanding of basic societal rules, but that's less fun to point and laugh at.

People who run around making threats are so fucking stupid. Guess what, if you claim that you're going to blow up a school or shoot a public official, you don't get to act surprised when people take your threats seriously. There's no surefire way to tell if someone is a serious threat or just an Internet Tough Guy so it's no surprise that authorities try to err on the side of caution. I imagine that they're probably going to start cracking down harder, considering that recent attackers (such as the Parkland shooter and even Couch Cuck) had a history of threatening violence before finally murdering/injuring people.
This guy has a lot of the Alex Jones crazy and the Shaner pathetic. I have to say that it's kind of refreshing because the number of cows that hit both marks and actually get themselves in trouble because of both qualities seems pretty low.
