He never relayed anything, never held any sort of security clearance and certainly didn't relay "classified" information. No, they would not. They wont even use civilians to fix their computer equipment or to scrub hard drives/ destroy them. You would have access to Federal government assets so you need security cleanance. Something a civilian is not going to have. Its a lot easier to get such jobs with companies than it is with the government. You would also have a lot more money than you do right now as such people earn a lot of money.

They do have civilian contractors who do these jobs for the government and hold high security clearances. The majority are ex military.

Toad couldn't get a security clearance due to his criminal record and history of mental illness.

First people who pass the traffic do not know if the messages are coded or decoded information, only the station who sent it and who is receiving it knows that. So we operators don't if the message is encoded or decoded.

As for my "rant" on the ham band; Ham radio is a hobby and shouldn't be taken to seriously. Unless your causing malicious interference to another radio service, the FCC don't give a shit what you do on the ham bands. Ham radio is not a broadcast service so all those rules like obscenity and indecent language that broadcaster have to follow we don't. Ham radio is a point to point radio service, like your cellphone you use. It has always been a point to point service since radio began in 1895. In fact ham radio is the oldest radio service out there.
If it wasn't for these "Ham fag" as you call us, you wouldn't have half the shit you have to day. A lot of the technology you uses today was invented by ham operators. because although ham radio is a hobby, a lot of hams go off into the commercial services and invent things for those services or invented things for a new service.
As for pissing off the FCC I did no such thing and I still ham license. The only reason my license was on hold for five years was because someone went to FCC and lied. They claiming I had a felony, which I do not, that's the reason it was held up

And you never sent any classified information nor relaying anything on the MARS net. K4YZ, a real marine with a real pilots license, proved that. Because it would be a security risk, all someone would have to do is change a few letters around to espionage the message. You never held any security clearances at all, all you did is get membership into MARS, something any ham radio operator can do. And Toad, since callsigns are used on MARS net, do you think they would be receiving classified messages using their HAM RADIO CALL SIGN, so that everyone can know exactly who is receiving the message? Toad, you really need to stop the lying.
