ohhh this video gets weird at points "every kids takes the clothes off their doll... what? that's not rapey!!!" Why did ya need to say that for? lol
Of course the kids take the clothes off the dolls. They're designed that way so you can put different outfits on them. I'm pretty sure he meant it as a joke but it just comes off as fucked up.

Wonder if Lindsay's going to bring out a video on Barbie and feminism?

Can't believe he didn't even mention Aqua's Turn Back Time being on the Sliding Doors soundtrack. Do better Todd.

I wonder if he's going to review the "racist" song about hood rats not being able to get away with the same crimes in a small town that they do in the city.
Outside of the politics it's the most bog-standard Nashville pop country imaginable, there's very little to work with.

Most of the music that comes out these days sounds like crap to me.
I have the opposite attitude. With the industry totally atomized, sure all the pap and dreck put forward by major studios to hit the hot 100 has been the same garbage, but spend twenty minutes on Bandcamp and you can find all kinds of shit. It's maybe a little harder to find the gems but we have never lived in an era where true musical creativity is more accessible.

Shit, just this week I found this and it slaps pretty well

I'm specifically talking about mainstream music. I'm sure there's a lot of great new indie music coming out, but I don't have the time or energy to seek it out.

But that's the thing, it's no longer "indie". there is no mainstream anymore. Hot 100 artists make up a minority of total sales now. Everyone just has to put a little more work into discovering new music.

Proven by sir masalot.

Gloryhammer FTW.

Timing? Timing.
I'm late to the party, but to be fair I only watched this today.

Huge improvement over the last, even if it was a low bar. I like how it stayed mostly apolitical (mostly) and stuck to the subject matter for most of the duration. Unfortunately I'll probably never rewatch it because once I hear that damn song for even a minute it refuses to leave my head for the following week. Ah well, I enjoyed it while I could.

UPDATE: He's back.
And we have the tweets to prove it.
