Horrorcow Tommy Tooter / Thomas Wasserberg - Dog-Abusing, Trash-Eating Pedo, Neo-Nazi, Fake Tranny, "1st-Wave Incel", Hounded YouTuber to Suicide

To be fair, at least he dresses like he is working in a methlab when he is working on his rocks. Video attached is him shilling what he describes as rocks procured from slave labor. Enjoy.

Is Tommy rocking an almost complete skullet? God damn. I'd suggest he shave it all off but then he'd look like an Uncle Fester toy after someone put it in the microwave. His skin looks like a Stretch Armstrong with all the corn syrup removed. I'm not a scientist but I'm pretty sure if someone tied a string to him and ran his loose leathery hide would make him function like a kite. It's like a hairless bulldog fucked a California Raisin going through chemo. I can't even anymore. Tommy is a fucking blessing to the Farms.

Oh shit, guys, he's busting out the cliched quote posts on us.
Hey Tommy?
He'd have to start a GFM to be able to afford it. And we all know any money he raised would go on weed.
Does Tommy only ever put on the wig and dress to go and see his gender quack?
i rarely wear a wig and usually only on camera. this is much more common for me to appear anywhere. i am a two spirit intersexed person. my community sees me as a transgender female and if 100,000 mentally unwell children think otherwise, oh well. have fun on the last day, dummies.

though i haven't been terribly harmed by you juvenile delinquents yet, others have and this is a class action suit against a number of troll bases, not just this one.

this is much more typical of the way i appear in public. hippie chicks don't have to paint themselves to be respected as women, even if they happen to have penises. you're just wanking beauty cultists.

Faring thee well now.
Let your life proceed by its own design.
Nothing to tell now.
Let the words be yours, I'm done with mine.

A class action suit means more than one plaintiffs, not more than one defendant. It seems to me this case is just you trying to sue the world for not abiding by your views.

not. there are at least three others on board now. the suit is about artists and educators online with their legal contact information showing, being persistently attacked by infantile imbeciles like yourselves with paid shills from the government and corporations backing their play while law enforcement agencies do nothing because of shitty laws or lack of manpower.

You simply cannot represent a class pro se

Four plaintiffs isn't enough for a class anyway. The number of people has to be great enough that individual actions are unrealistic. It's one of the tests which must be passed for class certification.

And yeah, a class counsel must be appointed by the court when cert is granted. It can be a plaintiff who is also a lawyer, but they must be competent to run a class action (the court determines this), the other plaintiffs must agree to them acting as class counsel, and the fee agreement must be approved by the court. Class action legal fees are expensive.

There are a shitload of procedural matters associated with class actions. Tommy shows no understanding of the absolute minimum requirements. He can't even raise $5000 for a retainer let alone the hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and disbursements a class action involves.

So in other words, Tommy's retarded.
Who knew.
