Putting aside the fact that CA in fact investigated and then terminated JewWario (who then terminated himself), some of the commentary from the community was genuinely stupid. There were people wondering why CA didn’t press charges, as if they were in the position to do so, and there were even more who wanted to know why CA didn’t announce to the public, because calling someone a rapist has no consequences whatsoever. Some groups just deserve each other

While I do get that he's probably talking considering the context of the fire (after all, someone at a campsite starting a campfire probably has a very different motive then someone at a gas station lighting a gas trail they made), even then the argument doesn't work, because the context in this case was "there was a bunch of angry people getting into a fight with cops." Not exactly unreasonable grounds to assume malicious intent.
