Yeah, then he called me out for focusing on him calling his audience "meager" instead of addressing his comment in it's entirety. Then he blocked me. LOL

I told him calling his audience "meager" seemed really unappreciative towards the viewers he does have, but what do you expect from some privileged little shit who has had everything handed to him in life? He probably thinks he should have viewer numbers like the Nostalgia Critic or Markiplier because he's special and deserves it or some shit.

I tried explaining last night that making his viewers wait a whole year for park reviews was really shitty, and of course he just made excuses like "but I'm giving them these Vlogs and commentaries" and "the big cable networks make their viewers wait a year for the next season, so that's what I'm doing". It was a total cop-out, and I told him as much.

I know if I was still watching his videos I'd feel cheated. His park reviews are what got him his "meager" audience to begin with. But apparently my opinion doesn't matter since I don't subscribe to his Twitter and I don't have many likes on my posts or some shit.

This guy's delusional. You can't compare making reviews to cable networks because cable networks actually have enough money and viewership to justify having people wait, not to mention they have a lineup of other shows that people watch. Making reviews on the other hand requires you to try and retain your audience's attention because without them you aren't making money and since you most likely don't have any other means of getting money you have to go out of your way to get people to watch your shit if you want to eke a living off of it. And taking a year off isn't gonna convince new viewers to start watching and it sure as hell isn't going to convince your older audience to stick around.

This guy really is a jerk with a camera I tell you what.

That's what really got me about your exchange with him @The Dude . He seemed to think that he was in the right and your criticism was invalid because he had more likes on his twitter posts.

His white knights were getting really butt hurt too. Got a laugh out of that one doofus who called him a Youtube celebrity.

Oh, but Tony isn't "taking a year off". He's just WAITING a year to release his park videos while in the MEANTIME he's making more "sit on his ass and review movies and shit like the other CA guys" videos. Because it's so hard to drive a few miles to Disneyland, spend a day or two filming, then spend a couple days editing.

Seriously, the entitlement on this guy. The whole time I was talking to him I just got the impression that I was talking to a spoiled child who didn't want to put forth a little effort to release park videos on a regular schedule. With this attitude, he's never going to have the following people like Doug and Brad have. They put out regular videos for years, even while they still had day jobs, and that's why they have the followings they do. You don't get where they are by making your audience wait a year for your primary content.

He tried to play the "I don't JUST do park videos" card, but it was another cop-out. The park videos are what got him an audience, it's the content they've come to expect from him. If he wants to release these other reviews and stuff as a bonus, fine. But don't deny your audience what they've come to expect for a whole fucking year.

I started a little shit with him on Twitter last night because I was bored during my lunch break. Someone PM'd him a link to the thread.

The best part was when he griped about us saying his wife divorced him and he said "I divorced HER!"

And he didn't even try to hide the fact that he's living on his mommy's money. He actually seemed proud of living off someone else's hard work. It's a good thing he's got mommy's golden parachute to live off of, because he couldn't hack it in the real world. Betcha he still bitches about "white privilege."
