His taste in movies are shit.
It's clear he has only watched the main stream films which already gets covered in reviews. I doubt he formed an original opinion in any of those films.

The only worthwhile, original movies (#5, #6 and #9) are buried under mediocre garbage. Sounds about right. And would it kill him to watch something like Lost City of Z or It Comes At Night? They're not the cheeriest of films, but they're more worthwhile than fucking Guardians 2 or Kong: Skull Island.

Kong: Skull Island is a pretty rad flick, though. Tons of fun. Reminded me of watching all those Vietnam War films with my dad. I'm sure Guardians 2 will be fun since I liked the first one.
But of COURSE Tony's favorite movie of 2017 would be the SJW pandering shitfest that is Wonder Woman. He's been pounding his pathetic little pud over that film for a while. It may be the best DCU movie so far, but that doesn't make it a good film. It's just shit that doesn't smell quite as bad as the other shit around it. If it didn't have a STRONG, INDEPENDENT WOMAN WHO DON'T NEED NO MAN it would just be seen as the mediocre garbage that it is.

Again, nothing against those movies, they were just pretty okay, imho.
As for Wonder Woman, it isn't as preachy and man-hating as you think it is, that's just the side effect of dumbasses like Dobson, Moviebob and Goldmark jumping on the bandwagon. Calm down.

I'll admit, even though Tony has similar mealy taste in movies as Bob, it doesn't bother me as much with him because he's not primarily a film critic nor does he try to pass himself off as some great film doyen AFAIK.

Haven't really been lurking on Tony's twitter since @Robot Holocaust started giving us our updates again (thank you for keeping this thread alive btw), but I decided to visit for old times sake.
Maybe Tony's autism is contagious, but I couldn't even get to his feed because I was laughing too hard at what immediately greeted me when I brought the account up. What is up with this banner? Was he going for a Pirates of the Caribbean theme? Looks more like Pirates of the Cholesterol with a dash of tism. I just don't know.

I could be wrong, but I believe that's from one of his review videos where time travel was involved or some such bullshit. In typical Channel Autism fashion, he was trying to introduce "plot" into his review via a shitty sketch and failed miserably, which is also keeping to Channel Autism tradition. I'll never understand why these CA tards always think having some stupid sketch to tie the review together somehow makes their reviews better. It's distracting and cringy. Just review the damn movie/TV show/ride/whatever the fuck, and get on with your life. Stop irritating your viewers by dragging in your other Aspie friends into the review to show off your "acting chops".
