That rash is likely irritated hair follicles; if they used a certain type of tape on my arm I would get similar spots on my arm every time I gave blood. Patches like that are supposed to be applied somewhere hairless for maximum contact and least irritation. A formed adult college classmate of mine was so hairy he had to put his nicotine patch on the bottom of his foot.

God this guy is such a creep. Not only is he blatantly not ever going to transition, but whenever I see him around, he's either chatting up actual underage users about how characters from children's cartoons are lesbians, or pitching a massive fit because an actual lesbian or trans woman in a series meant for older audiences offended him in some massively contrived way. The fact that he's actually gotten promoted by at least one Crunchyroll employee over the latter goes to show how much of a trainwreck the industry is these days.

And in the end, it turned out that no lesbians were actually removed; someone just misheard the line "get weird and get fired" as "get queer and get fired". But apparently that was enough to get Torbjorn freaking out about predatory portrayals of lesbianism (which he does... a lot, by the way).
