I should probably explain, as Sprate has said before, Torswats, and Alan is a part of a larger decentralized group of individuals commonly known as "The Com" or "The Comm" within this decentralized network exists many "Hydra Networks" a terminology used to describe groups that shapeshift, change names, and go into dormancy/resurgence. Such groups that have threads of commonality are 0NA, 764, Harm Nation, etc. There are many groups within this network who like the mythical Hydra, regrow their heads once attacked, hence the etymology.
The most common thread (Outside of general criminality of these groups and individuals) is the penchant for blackmailing minors into the creation of CSAM, proliferation of said CSAM content, and causing harm to self/others through intimidation or deception. It is a very nasty situation and case that is very surprisingly rampart and spread across multiple Hydras.
Mao's Destruction is one example of said piece from a particular hydra within these groups, specifically the Clayparty/MCE/Soyjak Party side of the spectrum, where a minor was coerced through threats and intimidation to create CSAM of herself, cause self harm to herself, and harm to her pets. Fuccicord is another Hydra group operated by these same individuals, known as a Honeypot phish to lure in minors for these actions.
