She seems like that Mighty No.9 community manager - Dina something - and she's written articles for Rock Paper Shotgun in some column called Waifu Material where she reviews VNs -- which started as a Tumblr blog, so you can imagine her politics regarding this garbage scenario. She really couldn't resist taking the bait because she's a games journalist, none of them can ever avoid anything that outrages them or act civil to customers they disagree with. Let alone not antagonize others to begin with.

I'm curious how she got the position of community manager... seems like connections built, probably when she was senior editor at ESL, but honestly I still don't know what possessed Creative Assembly into hiring her.

To me ToB's biggest issue is it feels like an even blander version of Atilla, especially coming on the heels of a fantasy game with intense variety, and right before the announcement of Romance of the Total War.

It was Charlemagne 2: Electric Boogaloo, except it was priced as a stand-alone. As the only person on Earth who has Attila as his favorite TW game, even I didn't bother (I would have if it had been DLC.)
 
So wait anyone willing to explain which Rome II factions get female generals and at what rate? I'm a bit confused on that part of the uptade

From what little I've seen, since I'm not going near Rome 2, some Greek factions and Kush get female generals. A few other culture types might have access to female generals too, but Greece and Kush are the only ones I'm sure of

The factions that allow for female generals are the hellenic, barbarian and desert factions, Kush being 50% chance and the rest having 10%. The way their going about it, they make it sound like it's 50% female across all factions including ones that were not designed to have any to begin with like Rome and Carthage

The one thing that still baffles me is that they came out around the desert nomads DLC containing Kush was released sometime in March. They waited for over half a year to bitch about this now?

I can't really support the sobbing mass on this tbh; it's a minor change at best and the only thing I'll back on this is that the community manager should've been booted for that shittastic attempt a telling the audience to fuck off.

DailyStormer is infact the ones who whipped this frenzy up (With an article literally titled "

"), and the neckbeards, being the same as SJWs in their inability to use any type of critical thinking, didn't even bother to investigate the source. Furthermore, the most egregious gameplay examples were determined to be because the OP had murdered so many of their fucking male family members through assasinations and just bad tactical gameplay that only females were left to lead.

How exactly do hero ships work? Do generals get a ship? Is it just a way for agents to sail around? I got excited when the description kept mentioning ships but I realize it's probably just like dark elf arks.
