Kill Kizu is a relatively obscure Touhou artist who managed to gain himself a reputation of being a based funny man to the more right leaning fans and as the next reincarination of Hitler for the progressive fans. Before making a Xitter account, he is a man of talent known for bringing us fantastic gems such as Imperial Army Chen, Southern Dixie Reimu, and his more recent piece of the two main characters fighting for a Klansman's love. All of these, you can find on his tag on the main boorus. Even here.

Overall, it seems like your usual ragebait affair. No different to the progressive fans drawing Touhou characters wave around flags of the LGBT in their sketches, is it not? Now I wouldn't be making this post if it weren't for the fact that this was a return to Xitter since he did have an account on the site once before it got banned. Those said progressive Touhou fans gave him a welcome back in proper fashion they're known for doing.

Pretty standard fanfare to expect when looking into the zoo. The replies, if you look in there, is a little gang war containing a 50/50 mix of "they wouldn't do that bruh " with some yuritrannies stating that the Touhou characters would never date men to the other aisle retaliating with some "Good, stay out tourists," some "Based kizu..." and generally doing all they can to enrage the soypilled demons.

A Touhou Youtuber's Discord's infighting has spilled to Xitter, throwing grooming allegations with a 176 page Google doc in hand!

An archive of the Google Doc is attached to this post in PDF form, due to Google Docs archive attempts looking like this.
The document focuses on a Bulgarian man named Gio (Discord, Xitter). According to the document, he:

• Is a chronic attention seeker in Discord.
• Sends friend requests to everybody who interacts with him to appear more popular.
• Has nonsensical pronouns and gender (He/Them.)
• Calls himself a pacifist who won't even kill in vidya, despite allegedly breaking his sink in a fit of tard rage after failing a drivers test.
• Is Dunning-Kruger incarnate
• Considers himself a voice actor.
• Is proud to be a Bulgarian, yet hates how its full of "Neo-Nazis".
• Is a proud autist who uses it as a scapegoat for any criticism.
• Has a hyperautistic definition for what is and isn't sexual in art, other Touhou discord people got mad at him for this. Author calls him a hypocrite due to him saying sexual things about characters.
• Claims to be a fan of multiple game's he allegedly never played.
• Constantly shills his doujin project that has had not one chapter published, apparently wants an artist who can clone Toru Nakayama's style.
• Is a powertripping turbojannie with hopes of becoming the Discord equivalent of a powermod (this seems to be where all the doc writers got their axes to grind.)
• Allegedly "love-bombs" people he knows are minors. (This "Love-bombing" is literally just spamming cutesy messages about hugging and kissing on the cheeks in a RP style.)
• Tried to get Blake to shill for a GoFundMe by a doujin artist he liked/knew who got scammed. (Archive)

The grooming is him being weird to people who said they were underage (is casually revealing your underage normal Dicksword activity? JFC), no recorded instances or mentions of what most suspect when they hear grooming on discord (nudes, e-sex, etc.)
Have a summary of the doc itself, because I'd hate to make you loose brain cells like I did:

Majority of the doc is literally the writers hand-wringing about every time he was a big meanie head in LunaPrism's Discord server (colloquially known as the "Lunacord" in the doc.)
Pg 61 - 64 are just our author bitching about him having the wrong opinion on Fallout, which somehow warrants a whole subsection? Do keep in mind the very serious grooming accusation is untouched. Priorities.
Pg 64 - 105 Is our author bitching about Gio's takes on fighting games. It was at this point I was considering this was less of an "exposé of a genuinely fucked person" and more "a clique of discord fags complaining about some nobody on their server (this is, in fact, what it boils down to.)"
It takes until Pg. 138 for them to actually mention the grooming. Again, priorities.
Pg 144 outright states its someone venting..
Pg 145 reveals this shit has been through two discord servers and three months in writing. Nobody realized the screeching about fighting games was just a little bit unnecessary?
Pg 157 has LunaPrism him(?)self going full anime villain with his monologue.
Pg. 166 Shows what goes on in these discord circlejerks: weird pseudo flirting.
Pg. 168 shows why this doc seems to reek of gayops: all the writers have huge axes to grind, then collaborated to try "expose" him because they somehow had their precious server going to shit by an edgelord (they literally nicknamed it "the 1984 era".) He wasn't the server owner, so they could've just banned him, maybe even enact a "shoot on sight" rule for any alts he might make.
Pg. 169 reads like a literal gay breakup letter.
Pg. 176 has a link to Gio's side. Unfortunately, these utter retards don't know how to archive or mirror a fucking docx, so I couldn't view it initially. Literal months of preparation, multiple discord servers, countless writers, and you still fuck it up.

TL;DR - Claims the majority of the allegations are taken out of context. He alleges the big ass size of the document is a deliberate attempt at making it impossible for someone to read and see how much of a nothing burger it is. Specifically:

• He says the tendency to pivot the conversation, asking to clarify things, and being rude as standard autist behavior.
• His constant usage of "excellent grade" makes sense as excellent is an actual term for grading in Bulgaria.
• Him discussing Wakasagihime and Aya's "anatomy" were jokes, and that asexual people can joke about sex. He compares this to LunaPrism joking about having a scat fetish.
• Claims it was in fact Luna's Discord users egging him on to speak in a ERP-esque way, and that Gio thought it was a joke.
• One of the "victims" (Yummuy) was 18, yet was pretending to be 16 - 17, plus there exists no evidence of Gio being sexual with them.
• Reminds us that the claims Gio streamed megaman porn to minors have zero evidence.
• His comment about Bulgaria's age of consent was missing the context where the word "pride" was an emote of a mad Marisa, and it was meant to convey his disgust at the fact.
• Says the very obvious anger the writer has for Gio is proof they have a personal vendetta against him.
• Claims the reason for the doc taking so long to release was Arkealis kept lording it over Gio as a weird form of intimidation (explains why its such a nothingburger, might not have meant to be released?)
• Arkealis is claimed to be a hypocrite due to him calling Gio racist while he blamed pajeets for causing "financial troubles" (no screenshots are provided.)
• They claim Gio's doujin project (Spirit of the Future) is not a scam as its free to view, and that Gio doesn't have any control over the money.

This person also archived a copy of Gio's response, which the original authors couldn't. Gayop or incompetence? This too is archived here ("Gio's Response to claims made by Arkealis.pdf".)
TL;DR of Gio's Response - Gio is surprisingly smarter then the previous people in that he goes straight to the grooming allegations. The two "victims" he knew of at the time of his documents writing (Tamarisk and Yummuy) he claims to have never been involved sexually with, providing a handful of screenshots to back himself up.

In Summary: It seems like this Arkealis person is coordinating some bizarre gayops against this Gio guy, with the only allegations that don't seem fake and gay being that he's an edgelord, Bulgarian, and turbojannie. My suspicion is that they got swept by him and are now MATI, although I wonder what the "manipulation" with PrismLuna is, as a Discord e-breakup would explain this all perfectly.
