Eddybird and his consequences have been a disaster for the Touhou fandom and, hot take, his art style looks like fucking ass. He'd probably be good thread material if not for the fact that his meltdowns and schizo rants come less than once a month. Checks plenty of other boxes, though, being a Troon dickrider, TDS, SCP faggot, and severely overrated artist.

Introducing the Hakurei Shrine Experience, also known as the HSE. A one million plus word long Touhou fanfiction about Yukari kidnapping and raping Anon(a viewer self insert), then forming a rape-dungeon-brothel around him and then Yukari forces his and Reimu’s daughter to rape him as well.
Originally starting as a round robin community fanfiction thing from 4chan, thread here and the fic on Ao3 here.
Also all of the youkai that rape the main character cosplay as Reimu, I think, and the tags, are all that needs to be said on the subject about it.

Dude, this has like a year plus history at this point. It started with jokes about Reimu being an abusive drunk wife because of that one panel in Lotus Eaters where she's drunk and threatens that old guy with extermination and the generally belligerent attitude she has during incidents. It then became a story about "Anon" being in an abusive relationship with Reimu written by one guy. When that story ended, another writer made a spin-off about their daughter. That guy went on hiatus, and all of the readers got so antsy they made the collaborative writing project you see now. Apparently it's about to hit its climax and is still being written by multiple people.

HSE may seem like hot shit but let me tell you of something way cooler than grimshit rape dungeons made by /jp/sies with no end in sight. There's this one work-in-progress AO3 fic written by some Catholic dude on Xitter who managed to create a very enticing story that doesn't have the usual pitfalls of most Touhou fanfics I've read.

It's about an outsider, at the time accustomed to the village, who happened to get in the crossfires of some youkai business that ended up with him going to Makai in some grand adventure. This protagonist meets the PC-98 cast in the process while bonding with a new friend (Louise in most of the story so far) as a potential love interest yet to be expanded upon. Throughout the journey, our main character gets into all sorts of scenarios in a series of trials and tribulations surviving Makai in its current, cruel state with a good chunk of the creatures living there attempt to get their hands on him for whatever twisted purpose they seek.

For my thoughts on the story, I find it to be quite a fun read with a dormant cast of characters being used in a way I have not seen any fanfic try before. No tacky plot lines, no immediate wish-fulfillment, close to everything has an explanation that has its time in the spotlight; everyone has a role to play in all arcs, and for the most part, the Windows characters do act like themselves meanwhile the PC-98 cast are given their own personalities that makes sense for the story since they are a group of blank slates at the end of the day.
You can check out The Blight of Makai here if any of you are interested, of course. It's very long at about 154k words as of now so you may want to sit down for a few or process the story in intervals to get up to the most recent chapter.
 
Speaking of fanfics, there's going to be an update on the Blake thread tomorrow. It would be up right now if I wasn't facing a problem there, but alas, it shall be fixed soon alhamdullilah.

I really don't like that Emby guy, he gives us alright Californians on this site an awful name. It's bad enough as it is that I can quite literally smell the aroma of his real world pictures when I do see them.

If he ended up getting mugged by a homeless guy somewhere in Torrance, perhaps the Fumos will be sold for a pile of crack at a high price. It would just be another incident for our L.Abro before he gets back to coomgooning over his BBW queens in his basement, fellow xisters...
