The fucked up thing is that she has videos where you could dab every single square on this and call it a day :story:

I don't have a specific weight loss scheme to add to the list, but I would like to note one of my favourite backtracking lines we see our gorl fall back on time and time again!

"I'm doing what works for me", "this is my journey and no one else's", and my personal favourite (although this just a variation of it) "I know some of you are going to be like: 'AMBERLYNN,WHYDIDYOUEATORANGECHICKEN'..."
 
I know this has been mentioned, but, NOTHING beats the phentermine and three slices of pizza, all while declaring herself the "queen of moderation. "

Absolutely. Also claiming youtube as job or hobby depending upon the situation. Breaking furniture. Buying tacky jewelry. I didn't include many more because it was getting long. She's doing this same shit since 5 years now . Pathetic
 
diet adherence (or lack thereof) is the only reason these people can't lose weight.

even people with a huge appetite can lose weight and keep it off with a PROPERLY PLANNED diet. hamburgerlynn's problem is that she is too lazy and/or exceptional to plan a diet correctly. she just follows the first fad diet she finds online after google searching for 5 minutes. and we know most fad diets are far too restrictive to follow in the long term.

There is that...or she's doing pre surgery diets. Alot of those are legitimately meant for a week at most, to just prep your body for surgery. Normally by driving sugar levels down...

Also what the hell is with the egg thing? Doesn't she inhale mounds of them yet claims they make her die?
 
Maybe she ate a bunch of eggs at once and then got gas or the runs or something, so she's "allergic" (and not intolerant or just her body reacting to eating a weeks worth of breakfast in one go)

Some people are actually allergic to eggs, so she probably read something like that from Dr Google and decided she is too. Difference is, those people got tested, carry an Epipen, and don't eat eggs or anything containing them.

I think she claims to only be allergic to scrambled eggs.

I also agree with the idea that Amber probably ate way too many scrambled eggs in one sitting and got sick. A whole dozen maybe?

Yes, she does. Whenever she goes on a healthy eating spree, she "cooks" at home and has shown her breakfast many times. Those meals almost always included scrambled eggs.
IIRC, there is one where she's behind a platter of scrambled eggs and microwaved bacons and as she shoves eggs in her mouth she tells the viewers she's allergic to scrambled eggs - but not always, just sometimes.
 
If she's buying that crap in containers, yah, there is preservatives..which is in other things she eats. So she's an idiot.

Maybe if she only ate food she was 'allergic' to it would be a diet fad for her.
